President Trump unloaded on the “rigged” and fraudulent 2020 election during his CPAC Speech in Orlando, Florida.
Trump slammed the corruption in the 2020 election and the cowardly Supreme Court.

I have no idea what is going in with Arizona. The Mariposa County supervisors are all snakes (save for one, who seems to be honest), and the one republican senator jumped shipped when the rest of the senate had lined up to hold the County supervisors in contempt.
So I don't know what is going on over there. Hopefully they will get the audit done (a real forensic audit, and not a Mariposa County white-wash 'audit'). And then? Who knows, I'd just like to see some honest accounting taking place.

Trump filed lawsuit after lawsuit. Not ONE judge would hear the case or accept any evidence. As far as filing suits challenging new laws like in swing states where the Fraud took place, he did. Judges said he had no standing and no harm was done to him and only the state legislatures could change their voting laws. Their Secretaries of state would not comply.

Follow up question: After full forensic audit is complete and shows Trump and/or Kelly lost can a state or federal court dictate that election law reforms occur to remedy what was found for the future.
Can a court demand that illegal aliens be scrubbed off and prevented from getting on voter rolls. Can they forbid mail in ballots and allow only absentee ballots with strict guidelines be issued. The state legislature will have to implement.
If this can be done in WI, MI, PA, GA as well then 2024 is winnable.
This court directive will override Motor Voter Law rules regarding this.

Oh, I guess we could have a couple of court rulings that might help, but we are also likely to get a ruling or two that hurts as well.
New and corrective law for future elections (the best we can hope for) is the province of Legislatures in general, not courts, both in designed duties and in the constitutional responsibilities for elections.
All this crap about third parties and candidates mean wasted time — it must be in state legislatures that the war for our constitution, our future election integrity and salvation must be waged. They must take back the power they have incorrectly delegated to Secretaries of State and other administrators. They must write specific law ostracizing courts fro the process and outlining local legislatively monitored election administration. Nothing else will suffice.

I am going to make a couple of assumptions about your comments at #40 and then offer my own opinion. First I assume you are being succinctly blunt to make your point forcefully and not that you have no detail to your argument and opinion. Second I assume you have some nuance to this argument if you were to discuss it in detail and that it is not barstool know-it-all due to your specific knowledge of government.
If that is correct I offer that I never assumed Trump to be other than what he was, an outsider businessman that said he could get to the heart of government better than the career politicians and stay focused on what the constituents felt was good government, He did not say he had connections and a long history to bring a great large team on with him, like Reagan did from his California days. He did not say that he knew the consequences of burning every bridge to other Republicans with his Primary strategy — that too making his administration weak due to appointees that didn’t function. He cannot however be blamed for not thinking the state legislatures would fail to act at all as wholesale election fraud went unanswered — it had never occurred on this scale.
We, those over 40 are as much to be blamed as Trump — we took little interest in government since the sixties. We were sickened by our leftist brothers whom we thought were fringe and not that strong and we lived our careers, tried to build a good retirement and have good families and we let the politicians be the petty crooks and functionaries they were going to always be. We didn’t ride down any escalator and announce to the press that we would waste half our fortune to show how average citizens could bash the swamp.
I think your point is imperfectly made if you lay this all at the foot of the aggrandizing developer that tried to set his country right. Would the same have come about (although at a different timing) if Jeb had won? Hillary?
Having been a General Contractor my whole life I can’t stand most developers and certainly not the Art of the Deal types like Trump but he did a much more honest and better job than I anticipated. This outcome was ordained by the criminality and leftism in the Swamp of our government, not by Trump’s weaknesses in not being able to stop it. AND also laid at our feet, the average citizen.
I agree with you wholeheartedly our generation was asleep at the wheel if Trump succeeded overwhelmingly at ONE thing it was to expose just how corrupt every damn department of our government has become!! The WHOLE DAMN THING has become politically weaponized and it has slowly happened on our generations watch!! Makes me nauseous and full of guilt!!!
Thank you. There is one corrective only — the state legislatures first. Candidates of the future and parties matter very little if our elections are frauds.
