I’m ambivalent about avocados. I don’t dislike the taste, or what I can taste of them, but I don’t see the ‘it’ factor that wows so many people. My wife, OTOH, eats them whole and has gotten several avocado trees started from pits over the years. (They’ve all died so far because when they got bigger, they needed bigger pots, and the cats peed on them. LOL)

My wife loves guacamole. We get dinner from a really good local Mexican restaurant once in a while (last night being one), and I let her take all of the guacamole out of my order. I'm into hot sauces.

Another way is to dip one side of the bread toast in the bacon grease left over in the pan after frying the bacon.

I love that channel! Did you ever watch him make his cowboy coffee? He boils it and boils it in that big coffee pot over a fire and swears it’s the best coffee ever. And don’t wash it out! LOL!
