Liberty is the right to do what is good in civil society; what is being limited right now. Freedom in an internal construct that can be said you have it when as when the left talks about Freedom of Worship (in your closet) vs. what we really want - Freedom of Religion (public processions, public mass, services, prayer).

The executive Branch has ignored stupid, invalid Court rulings in the past and they can do it again. The courts have NO enforcement power. The Courts are passive branch.

Who has no standing?
Fact is the other Branches, especially the Executive Branch, don't have to worry about standing. Given a constitutional rationale, the Executive Branch doesn't have to execute unconstitutional Court rulings.
As I've said, Abraham Lincoln simply ignored a Supreme Court decision he considered unconstitutional.
We don't need to let the Courts run the show.
Pravda will say the 93% was the most fair election in history. Great job GOP.
