I don’t think Biden will, but Harris will, though it might be more accurate to say, she might be appointed as president, since elections are now meaningless.

Joe Biden will retire before the cherry blossoms bloom, if, that is, he is not playing Designated Reichstag Fire next Wednesday.
His role in this sad little drama ended on November 3. No need to discuss him any further.

If you compare Joementia's phone calls to Ukraine in 2016 and 2017 to his speech today, the difference is astounding.
