Barack Obama trolled President Trump over the “birther” issue during an appearance on “The Daily Show” with Trevor Noah on Monday evening.
Back in 2007 Hillary Clinton and her campaign circulated a memo promoting Barack Obama’s “lack of American roots” and reportedly began the “birther controversy.”
“[Barack Obama’s] roots to American values and culture are at best limited,” the memo says. “I cannot imagine America electing a president during a time of war who is not at his center fundamentally American in his thinking and values.”
Americans became suspicious after then-candidate Obama, who claimed he was born in Hawaii, refused to release his birth certificate to prove he was born in the US and therefore eligible to be US President.
Hillary Clinton used the birther issue to attack Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign but it backfired on her.

At that time you could give the child any middle and last name but the Christian name had to be English. That was state law.
So if his birth name was Barack he was not born in Hawaii.
If he was born in Hawaii his birth name was not Barack.

The obvious answer is NO, congress has no interest in supporting the constitution! Once they turned a blind eye to Obama’s lack of citizenship proof they effectively voided this provision of the constitution without the authority to do so ! A democracy if we can keep it, indeed.... We could not !

The oath these citizens took to become officers of government cannot be debased/ignored at the discretion of those who have subjugated themselves under it. Their oaths and borrowed power allow them to exercise certain duties and responsibilities on OUR behalf! They have NO CHOICE to the contrary.

Pursuant to self-governance we borrow our power to temporary office-holders to perform on our behalf under oath, certain duties and responsibilities.
They are compelled by oath to care. They act on our behalf, not their own.

They are enemies of the state... engaging in actions hostile to the stability and functioning of the national government which includes hostile activities under the Rules of War.
These hostilities include the actions of espionage; engaging in actions/activities to interfere, infiltrate and perpetrate the destabilization of a country, its defense, its security and its government.
All are in betrayal of their allegiance to the United States. They knowingly commit treason/crimes against the United States by the use and peddling of their influence, position & office in exchange for accepting bribes, payments and favors from foreign actors/powers for the purpose/intent to aid/abet and collude with foreign & enemy agents. This collusion includes providing cover to gain access to transmission networks across sensitive security walls of the United States for the purpose of influence over the functions and control of US government.
They all should be arrested and charged with acts of treason, insurrection, fomenting sedition, willfully aiding/abetting criminal insurgents and their anti-American activities with intent to overthrow the POTUS and government of the US. Willfully aiding/abetting unlawful assembly, occupation and sanctioning same as well as active participation in criminal enterprises contrary to the security and stability of the united states and its government.
The solution against a rouge and lawless government is an armed insurrection... arrest, trials and executions.
The swap is filled with treachery, depravity and tyrants. We must exorcised these outlaws and enemies of the people from our government

Prediction: He may water the Tree of Liberty yet.
The Supreme Court comprehends that its reach does not extend to felony and larceny in the voting precincts.
That job belongs to the citizens of those states and residents of those neighborhoods to police their vote properly. And not to complain if they haven’nt. Not sayin’ that’s right or wrong. Just the way it is.
