Fact: In 1991 Obama hired a literary agency, Acton & Dystel, to help promote sales of his upcoming book, “Dreams of My Father.” The agency published a promotional booklet listing its 90 client/authors, including Obama. His biography states “born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.” Twenty years later an Acton & Dystel employee claims she wrote Obama’s biography but neglected to fact check it. What are the odds that two individuals would have both mistakenly chosen Kenya as Obama’s country of birth? I find it impossible to believe that an author would not write their own biography.
Plenty of Republicans are willing to throw out the Constitution for their favorite ineligible, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Haley or George P. Bush.

Basically, ineligibility means nothing as long as you come from some minority type of family, even if they were slaveowners.

Too many people got hung up on the Kenya angle, hoping to disqualify Obama that way, but it just wasn't true.
Obama's real father was Frank Marshall Davis, you can see in their faces. Then you compare Obama to his supposed African father, "Obama, Sr." they look nothing alike. No way is that guy his father. I don't know why more people can't see this.
Did anyone get a copy of the Democrat Party’s nomination form for her? Isn’t there supposed to be some language in there certifying she is Article II eligible (natural born citizen)? Isn’t it true that Hawai’i insisted on it for BO back in 2008 but Nancy Pelosi left it out of the final submitted copy?

You conflate the meaning of the word between 2 distinct interpretations. Its use under a legal lens and its use in/under the course of social behavior.
You use the indifferent social behavior interpretation which is un-tethered to legal scrutiny.
Under the legal scrutiny of the Constitution, its jurisdiction and pursuant to its laws set forth by the requirement that the president must meet the qualifications of the the office of POTUS... there can be NO ‘precedent’ if the oath of office was unlawfully administered to a poser/fraud ‘Barry Hussein.’ The act was not pursuant to law or legal decision and cannot serve as an authoritative rule or proceeding.
It was a deliberate subversive unlawful act; a deliberate usurpation of supreme law and an act of fraud at the level of a high crime... it was treason against the constitution.
So no... Barry’s election and inauguration did not set legal precedent.
