Amid the allegations of fraud in the 2020 election, the State of Texas is leading the way in upholding the law to promote a fair contest. This past Friday, three Democratic Party operatives were indicted by a Grand Jury in Harris County for election related felonies and misdemeanors in two separate districts. This announcement comes one month after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton charged a Limestone County social worker with 134 counts of Election Fraud.

A DNC political consultant, Damien Jones, was indicted for Coercion of a Public Servant and False Caller Identification Information Display. Jones is alleged to have sent an anonymous and threatening text message to Democratic State Representative Gina Calanni (HD-132) to coerce a resignation. Damien faces up to two years in prison from the two Class A misdemeanors.

Separately, two individuals were indicted for crimes during the House District 142 race. Natasha Demming and Richard Anthony Bonton plotted to siphon Hispanic votes away from the incumbent politician by the former running under a false name, Natasha Ruiz. Bonton was indicted for Tampering with a Governmental Record, a felony punishable by up to two years in prison. Demming was indicted for Tampering with a Government Record and three Class A misdemeanors; Perjury, Election Fraud, and Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with a Governmental Record. The misdemeanors are punishable up to one year each.

Three lengths of rope would go a long way toward cleaning up elections in 2022.

No evidence. Baseless. Without evidence.
But here is evidence.
Doesn’t count.

The sentences are entirely too light. When it comes to voter fraud, the punishments should be very swift and very harsh.

Punishable “up to two years in the pen.”

In other words, they will get 30 days community service.

Not sure what you mean. This has nothing to do with ballot fraud. Read the article first.

Follow the story for three months. Dollar to donuts these three will suffer no consequences and will probably have all charges dismissed.

'Racist attack'

I was watching the Wisconsin subpreme court oral arguments and had to turn it off when one of the demon rat judges kept dismissing the evidence of persons who marched in rallies who submitted hardship ballots, as if they could not physically make it to the polling station. The judge was determined to stamp video and photographic evidence as dismissed because it was from facebook. The fix is in in Wisconsin. So many judges are demon rat partisan traitors to the Constitution. I didn't need more proof from these demon rats on the Wisconsin court.

Just pointing out that we are told “no evidence” of fraud. Absolutely none. it is preposterous and racist to even suggest a “smidgen” of corruption or fraud ANYWHERE. It was the most secure election in the history of elections. YET. Here we are. More evidence. Arrests. Proof of absolute vote and election fraud. But of course, that’s “Baseless.”

Texas needs to change their election laws. 50 years in jail no parole for election fraud sounds pretty good to me. That will stop ballot fraud in Texas cold in its tracks.
