Lin Wood @LLinWood Brad Raffensperger @GaSecofState was scheduled to appear & testify tomorrow before GA House Committee about 11/3 election fraud.
He just backed out & cannot be subpoenaed unless special session is called. @BrianKempGA refuses to do so.
How convenient.

SOLUTION: Choose electors who will NOT vote for the fraudulent winner. They are the legislature after all and they have the power.
He can’t be subpoenaed unless a special session is called. Only Governor Kemp can do that and he refused.
They BOTH need an empty chair with their names on them . . . Raffy and Kempy
I certainly hope Kemp and Raffensperger have some Republican competition during their next primary elections. Their performance before and during this debacle has not been impressive.

I'm at the point with Kemp where I have to ask 'would Stacy Abrams really have been worse? Would she be different at all?' I am forced to reluctantly say that yes, she would have locked the state down worse than Newsome has done in California. But other than that....
Abrams would have poured gasoline on the BLM/Antifa riots in Georgia this past summer too. She would have been a much worse governor. Kemp needs a good Republican challenger to boot him out in the next primary.

In a caucus this weekend, the R Senators were building commitments to the required number when the Senate leadership and Lt. Governor threatened loss of committee seats and chairmanships for anyone supporting the special session. All the squish senators backed down leaving only a small core of Patriot senators bucking the bosses.
Today, one of the GA Senators is preparing a petition to join the Texas Case to SCOTUS as an amici and is recruiting other senators to join him in signing the petition.
