The judges are bumping the cases up to SCOTUS. Good majority on SCOTUS. Barrett, Gorusch and Kavanaugh have expereince, worked on the Bush/Gore election messup in 2000. Even if John Roberts chooses badly, the above mentioned 3 plus Alito and Thomas will decide rightly.
