What was the reason for the dismissal?
************
Do they even need to give one anymore? Its all BS anyhow.
“Does this just bring us a step closer to the SCOTUS?”
I don’t know. Don’t know if there is time? And I have absolutely no faith in SCOTUS.
RE: Were these so poorly written to be dismissed out of hand, was the evidence not persuasive, is the intent to make them onto someone else’s responsibility?
As I asked in a previous post: I would like to know the court’s REASONING for the dismissal. Is it good and sound reasoning based on evidence presented, or is it the garden variety - “You’re a day late and a dollar short in your filing” variety of dismissal?
Clarence Thomas is in charge of Georgia, like Sam Alito is in charge of Pennsylvania
That case wasn’t the Kraken.
Hold the line, riders.
ABC news is saying it was because the filing dee was not paid.
Why haven’t there been any witnesses that are able or willing to be cross examined?
Why aren’t there accused individuals that would also be cross examined in a trial or hearing?
I read through the court opinion that dismissed that suit in Arizona and it said that among other things there were no witnesses that could be cross examined.
If this is allowed to stand, you can pretty much guarantee it will get ugly. This guy has a good perspective on what is going on right now:

the way I see it, we are down to our last two boxes. We are almost at the end of the ballot box journey. But I have not given up hope. we will have to wait and see
It has to go through the 11th Circuit first. And the safe harbor deadline is tomorrow.
Outside of the 2nd amendment SCOTUS is all we have left, and I think they know that if they don’t act, they know what will happen
It’s Monday....................

Same as every other state.
No standing, too late, state court... yaddanyaddayadda.
It is almost as if the judiciary was part of the same fraudulent scheme in every swing state that the election was. Imagine that.
It is just one more necessary step to to get to SCOTUS.
The communists have taken control.
There’s only one way to take it back.

And what would that one way be ? Please be specific.
I would say it's because the judge is a corrupt dim-bought piece of garbage. I doubt if a highly experienced attorney like Powell would submit something incorrctly written.
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.
In other words, a piece of Bushie garbage who’s been bought off.
