RE: Were these so poorly written to be dismissed out of hand, was the evidence not persuasive, is the intent to make them onto someone else’s responsibility?
As I asked in a previous post: I would like to know the court’s REASONING for the dismissal. Is it good and sound reasoning based on evidence presented, or is it the garden variety - “You’re a day late and a dollar short in your filing” variety of dismissal?
Outside of the 2nd amendment SCOTUS is all we have left, and I think they know that if they don’t act, they know what will happen
I would say it's because the judge is a corrupt dim-bought piece of garbage. I doubt if a highly experienced attorney like Powell would submit something incorrctly written.
There are a number of reasons why he threw it out
One of them, as I predicted and was told I didn’t know what I was talking about..is that plaintiffs have no standing.
The failure to pay the filing fee dismissal is a different case.
Continues to be a clown show.
“You’re a day late and a dollar short in your filing” variety of dismissal?”
