The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Saturday evening reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s elections issued Friday night, dismissing with prejudice a lawsuit brought by Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives that sought to have the results nullified over constitutional concerns about a 2019 change in absentee ballot rules. The lead plaintiffs in the case are Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell.

If it involves the federal election I would think so.
Bush V Gore
I can see no alternative to the SCOTUS ruling that the election is invalid..If they take the case that is. Or they may claim that it is up to the PA legislature to solve the problem. That is the only alternative I could possibly remotely see.
But, Bush V Gore will come in play here eventually.

The PA Supreme Court is nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Demonrat Party.
God allowed Trump to gain office. The people allowed BS to continue and did little to nothing. BLM, riots, allowing liberals to gain seats in 2018. We allowed this and now God is allowing the fallout. God please be merciful on those of us who understand the rain falls on the good and the bad. It is about to rain cats, dogs, horses, and mountains.....
“Since this is state law, there is no appeal to the US Supreme Court.”
Nonsense. If breaking a state law adversely affected a federal election, of course it can go to to the supreme court.
“Since this is state law, there is no appeal to the US Supreme Court.”
So, States can enslave the negros? Just seeing how far you think State law can go.

Excellent reporting;)
No the feds dont have jurisdiction, however this will not stop the Freepers who want to be ruled by judicial fiat from posting....
Ummmmm, there is a constitutional amendment prohibiting slavery, but thanks for playing. You know better than this!
I never knew unconstitutional laws cure themselves after a period of time or challenges to constitutionality has a window that it must fit. Very interesting. It’s a built-in cure to unconstitutionality.
Levin is fired up tonight about this ruling.
Pennsylvania’s county map looks like Trump-land. Yet that state’s Supreme Court is dominated by Democrats 5-to-2, and the Governor, AG, and Secretary of State are all Democrats. Go figure.
If you don’t mind I might do that too. I like messing with people.
The only way the anticonstitutional Bush v. Gore case will be heard from again is when it is overruled by an originalist majority.
The PA supreme Court helped create this disaster. They should be co-defendants in this charade .....not adjudicators!!!
No, the US Constitution says the state House and Senate are “final.”
That’s where the Supreme Court gets to come in and set it straight.
Im watching HBO Catherine the GREAT.
Potempkin reminds me of Trump!!
broadcast on Murdoch’s Sky Australia “The Outsiders” program a few hours ago. unfortunately, new PA development was not known at the time plus, unfortunately, the 1.8m PA mail ballots gets another airing but, otherwise, you will love it:
Youtube: 12m08s: 29 Nov: Sky News Australia: ‘Host of election oddities’ point to ‘large-scale coup’ to bring down Trump - The Outsiders
Sky News host Rowan Dean says the battle for the Oval Office is “still actually heating up”.
“Overnight we learned that Pennsylvania looks like going to the Supreme Court,” he said.
One Pennsylvania judge has said the Trump team has a “likelihood to succeed” in giving state legislators the power to choose the members of the electoral college.
“If we are all honest, many of us know deep down that the election was dodgy,” Mr Dean said.
“The sheer scale of the alleged coup, because that’s what we’re really talking about, leaves many people simply too terrified to believe that the left in their hatred of Trump could really be so corrupt”.
Mr Dean also said a short clip shows President Trump’s vote fall by 20,000 votes on CNN during the calling of the results.

VIDEO: 7min: 26 Nov: Sky News Australia: Trump should ‘continue legal fight’ because there is ‘industrial scale fraud’ - ***Alan Jones Show
Eminent law professor David Flint says President Donald Trump should continue his legal fight for as long as he can because not only is there industrial scale voter fraud at hand, but also the question of unequal protection of voters.
“It’s not just fraud, and the fraud is not just self-evident, it would be self-evident to a rookie journalist,” Professor Flint told Sky News host Alan Jones.
“I can’t understand why journalists are throwing around the word ‘unsubstantiated’ when they didn’t in relation to the many charges made against President Trump.” Professor Flint said there is “not only fraud – which is on an industrial scale” but there is also the question of “unequal protection, and that is that voters are being treated differently”.
“There’s been a lot of unlawful changes to the electoral laws, the power to change the laws is vested in the state legislators and it’s often forgotten that they have a primary role,” he said.
“But governors and secretaries of state have tried to change the laws, it’s ineffective.”

***sadly, Alan Jones goes off on 8 weeks vacation at the end of the coming week, so he will not be there to see the election through. Rowan Dean, from the first video link, will take over Alan’s show for 2 of those weeks, I believe.
apart from Jones & Dean & a couple of others, Murdoch’s Sky News channel - like Fox News - is almost an exact replica of all the FakeNewsMSM channels in the US and elsewhere.
