If it involves the federal election I would think so.

Bush V Gore

I can see no alternative to the SCOTUS ruling that the election is invalid..If they take the case that is. Or they may claim that it is up to the PA legislature to solve the problem. That is the only alternative I could possibly remotely see.

But, Bush V Gore will come in play here eventually.

The only way the anticonstitutional Bush v. Gore case will be heard from again is when it is overruled by an originalist majority.
