Sidney Powell has released what she called ‘the Kraken’ – two lawsuits alleging ‘massive voter fraud’ in the presidential election.
She published a 104-page document detailing allegations about Georgia and a 75-page document looking at Michigan on Wednesday night, calling for the election results to be decertified, Trump to be declared the winner and voting machines to be impounded.
In the documents – released online at midnight on the eve of Thanksgiving – she alleged the election had been ‘rigged’ to favor Joe Biden, and that foreign powers were involved.
Powell tweeted: ‘The #Kraken was just released on #Georgia’, along with a link to her website. She added: ‘Exhibits to follow. Also #ReleaseTheKraken in #Michigan’.
Today during a telephone interview she made another huge claim that her team got pictures of the check stubs paid to people to ballot harvest.”

In her bombshell statements on Thanksgiving Powell claimed that China and Iran used these voting systems to influence the US election and that 96,000 votes cast for Biden in Georgia were illegally counted.( page 10
Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded. (See Attached hereto, Exh. 9, R. Ramsland Aff.)

In her bombshell claims, she also noted that officials in one Georgia county forced everyone to evacuate because of a water leak, only for counters to stay unsupervised to tamper with the votes.
Powell also claimed that 20,311 absentee or early voters in Georgia that voted while registered have actually moved out of state and may have voted twice.
I don't think the President would have said this were it not true.

This must be for Michigan unless I'm somehow missing it in her Georgia filing. Here is the Georgia filing. No mention that I can find about paid harvesters, paid anyone, or harvesting at all.
I can see it now....Check stubs fake , ballots real.... Democrat/Obama judge...

You can only do cash transactions with people you know and trust. The moment something is more complex than two people, you have to go with signed agreements and records. Even the Mafia and the Cartels have accountants and records. Also, they were expecting no one would ever know and even if they did, their side would control the DOJ.
Well I was thinking that too.
When they were writing the checks, they NEVER thought the fraud would be so Huge and the theft So obvious that people would start hunting around.
If I work for a huge crooked company that threw me an extra few bucks in my check or a separate check for doing dirty work, who would suspect?
It’s just my work check...the extra check would be hard to explain.

If cash is used, the harvesters will never see a dime. The community organizers will hoard it and say they paid anonymous persons that don’t actually exist.
Note convicts on parole are most often used for these items, not exactly trustworthy.

I think the whole thing is too sophisticated for whoever is behind it to have anything show up on paper. Check stubs wouldn’t prove anything and that’s old school. Computer generated? Even then not proof of anything unless it’s stubs torn from computer generated checks with names on them.
Sidney Powell’s reputation is too huge for her to be making such claims without proof...The woman means business so maybe “check stubs” is a misnomer...Don’t know but I guess we’ll find out.
More nothing from Powell. It’s not illegal to pay campaign workers.
..I wouldn’t be surprised if military intelligence is an unseen player on Trump’s team, and Sidney is benefitting from the data...
FR would be a great place for Biden to get his defense attorneys. No evidence is good enough for most FReepers.
