Yes, and the democrats repeat that while all the time floutng those laws.
So, we have the potential of the president following the law just so the democrats can take power and destroy the Constitution that allowed them to take power. They have admitted that is their goal.
Something is out of kilter.
And if the Supreme Court doesn’t rule? So far, all the lawsuits his legal team have file in PA, GA, WI, etc. have gone nowhere.
Just like legal efforts to bring Obama, Clinton and Biden to justice failed - so will any legal effort to bring justice to a fraudulent 2020 election also fail.
Our Justice system, including the Dept. of Justice, is under the control of the Deep State.
If Trump does not go legally Scorched Earth here, he is doomed.

opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
A court of law is a crap shoot on its best day. I don’t want the fate of my republic being decided by 9 people in black robes. This election was total fraud that was carried out in front of your lying eyes. It cannot be allowed to succeed. The left is in total insurrection right now. That’s what this election has been turned into. Trump needs to put it down but I don’t think he will.
if trump does not prevail at the ussc level, and he does not declare martial law, then biden will assume the power to declare martial law on jan. 20.
i for one would enjoy seeing biden try to take a bicycle and fly it like a jet plane.
a third possibility is massive nonviolent demonstrations a la MLK.
the demonstrator number counts and their behavior(s) might end up defining the future direction of the country if the ussc lacks the guts to do the right thing.
in any case overwhelmingly massive nonviolent demonstrations might be worth a try since the alternatives do not have much appeal.

Would this be the same unlimited / no oversight laws that the Left and Pres Biden would use to prevent dissent, and China Impeachment, also provide retribution for Trump supporters?
When Trump says so. There are people on this site that would applaud if Trump made himself dictator for life. Absolutely disgusting. I thought our side didn’t think like that. Our country is bigger than one man.
