The guy who wrote this apparently breezed right by an important part of § 252: "Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."

In what way has the ordinary course of judicial proceedings been halted or even impaired? Courts ruling against your suits doesn't count.

It’s an interesting piece, but it’s theoretical. One of those situations where unforseen circumstances and unintended consequences would come into play. None of them would solve the problem- which appears to be that Biden didn’t win this election, in FACT, but rather, in DEED.

It’s a nightmare of a mess, made worse for the country by leftists entrenched in media, government and education.

If Trump doesn’t win this, we have already had our last free election. For every “election” in the future, the Uniparty will just install whomever they want using mail-in ballots and Dominion software. It is naive in the extreme to think otherwise.

In the case of all wars, the best way to avoid being charged with war crimes in the aftermath is to make sure you come out of the winning side.

One takeaway from what's happening now is that this same post-Obama, post-constitutional descent into chaos, lawlessness, and Marism obviously is from the exact same blueprint that the demoncrats had drawn up intending it to be implemented upon the inauguration of Mrs Bill Klinton as POTUS, they just failed to cheat enough in 2016 to get her elected.

And we have no one to thank for this not having begun in 2017 except Donald J. Trump. And from where I sit, I see no one other than he who could possibly alter our current course to oblivion.

So I pray god Trump 45/47 will harken to the immortal words of Capt. Lloyd W. Williams, USMC, who said,

This is not the time to accept the counsel of those who advise surrender. This is the time to fix bayonets and charge!
