There are far too many compromised RINOS in state legislatures to rely on this.

What we are talking about here is faithless electors. The problem with Republican state legislators supporting Trump is that those legislators are already from red states that voted for Trump.
Trump would need a crap load of electors from blue states to switch from Biden to Trump. That just ain’t gonna happen.

The “Republican” State legislatures are also FULL of NeverTrumpers.
They are not going to support Trump at all at this point [see Mich. Legislature “leaders” of the past couple of days].
Their future is thus likely doomed too.
There are not enough courageous Republicans for the state legislatures to put forth Trump electors.
Better bet is to force it into the House.
RINOs like their adrenochrome from illegal alien children, the same way Democrats and Hollywood Elites do.

The Republican state legislators don’t have the balls by a long shot.
Unfortunately, this is quickly becoming the only option.
Not enough pressure was brought in the states where the certifications already took place. Time was short, but rallies could have been conducted, and talking points forced on the media.
Hindsight, backseat driver, I know. But unless they bring some local pressure now, in these states, the same thing is likely to occur in these legislatures.
Sadly the only promising news these days comes from outfits like “Jonathan Turley dot com.”
Eventually, a case will come before the SCOTUS. If they decline to hear it, or if they rule against Trump; Trump will concede. Not before. But I doubt he has the support among any state officials to go any further. I expect that down the road, some of the fraud will be uncovered. But the media will block it out.
But if Trump wins a single case at the SCOTUS, it should be like a domino effect.
My best guess is that SCOTUS will shoot him down. There will be no coming back from that for America. The intelligence agencies and the fbi/doj have been caught red handed trying to overthrow Trump with absolutely no consequences. Did anyone really believe they would not double down, knowing there would be no consequences?

I want the SCOTUS to say that any state that modified election laws without going through the legislative process must forfeit their electoral votes. Biden fails to get 270 votes and the House decides.
I wish I had more faith in the Supreme Court.
I trust Thomas, who is very down to earth and has reason to look with a jaundiced eyes at the left. Alito has already shown his ire at the way the election was conducted. ACB is untested. Kavanaugh, Gorsuch & Roberts...maybe...

We all know they set the conditions to make cheating easy.
I can not believe that as a Country we are going to throw up our hands and let them win by cheating, especially when we see what they have in store for America.
