This doesn't seem legal ... Democrats, Media Urge People to Move to Georgia and Vote In Senate Runoffs

New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman and a Democrat activist urged party members to move to Georgia and register to vote in the two runoff U.S. Senate races in January.

The runoffs – between Republican Sen. David Perdue and Democrat Jon Ossoff and between Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Democrat Rev. Raphael Warnock – will determine which party has control of the Senate.

Friedman, in an appearance Tuesday night on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time,” argued that Republicans retaining control of the Senate and forcing divided government would not be good for the country.

“I hope everybody moves to Georgia, you know, in the next month or two, registers to vote, and votes for these two Democratic senators,” he told Cuomo.

First it’s fraud. Second, under Georgia election law you are only eligible to vote in a runoff if you were eligible to vote in the underlying election.

Brian Kemp has turned into a huge disappointment. To be meeting with Stacey Abrams on anything is a joke.

The Georgia constitution prevents this from happening.

What’s more some are suggesting that Leftist billionaires pay them to move there for 2 months

Can we go after the Leftists who gave $27million to felons in florida to go vote?

So much election crime, so little will to prosecute.

“The Georgia constitution prevents this from happening.”

Isn’t that cute. The Freeper thinks the Constitution is still operable.

The President alleges voter/election fraud while media columnists promote voter/election fraud. What a country.

It’s not legal but as soon as Bill Barr puts his shoes on the other shoe will drop. Still waiting for the Durham report. This country has become one helluva big joke. Sorry that I gave part of my life to support it.

I have heard conflicting reports on who is eligible to vote in a runoff in a Georgia Senate election.

That said, the idea of moving someplace just to vote a certain way goes all the way back to “Bleeding Kansas” (1850s).

Why bother moving when you can win with fraudulent votes? Georgia has an ample supply of deceased people.

That seems like a lot of trouble to go through just to screw with an election. They could just bus people in from neighboring states. Give them a few bucks and lunch and make it nice outing. Maybe make a Stuckey’s stop. Or they could send absentee ballots to people from other states, of even from other countries, who want to help Georgians elect their officials. Outside of being dead, you can’t be more of an absentee than a non-resident is.

I’m sure the Gorja constitution prevented many of the things from happening that happened in this past election. Why should we believe that what you are telling us now is true. I would hope that as many patriots go to Gorja and vote for our 2 great Republicans to offset the communist’s who are going to vote for the 2 communist/demorats. Also, my flags are all flying upside down (as our country is in distress} and will remain that way until this travesty is brought to justice.

It is not legal in GA. These idiots do not seem to know that they will be cross referenced from wherever they WERE registered... wherever! And this could be multiple states— thereby identifying them as Federal criminals. People have turned in family members for this— glad to do so. Imagine, voting in 3 states (and maybe more than once in any one of them, using designated addresses for the un-requested/unconnected/unverifiable mail ballots (not absentee— which is aligned with a precinct for a voter).

The andrew yangs and thomas friedman (of the NYTimes— imagine him advocating this- there will be follow up)— are telling idiot dems to do this. Yang had to correct that he himself was not doing this. Advocacy of it is... a crime as well.US Code.
