On Saturday it was reported that a local Denver news producer and the news agencys bodyguard were taken into custody for the fatal shooting of a Trump supporter during dueling rallies on Saturday. What we didnt discuss was the agitator who stirred up the mess and who has done it before, Jacob Kelly.

No rest. This is my town. We won't allow these thugs to take over. Period.
He probably won’t be prosecuted. He should be, but he won’t, simply because I don’t know what they could charge him for that would stick.
Inciting violence?
That said, I am astonished at the people who shrug their shoulders and say “Eh. Nothing will happen. Let’s move on.” and imply that you are a patsy or simple because you do post it.
Lee Keltner, the man who was murdered, had a life, served his country honorably, and was out there facing off with these violent scummy criminals while we all type comfortably behind our keyboards.
The least we can do is pay attention to it instead of saying “Eh. Nothing will happen. Ignore it.”
We should at least pay homage to that murdered man by paying attention.
Sorry, I think the Denver Post photojournalist involved in this is named Helen H. Richardson and not Helen Richards.

I did read something today that said that Pinkerton admitted they had him as a “contract worker” not an actual employee. Don’t know if that makes any difference.
The reporter Kyle Clark is Antifa too.
“Kyle would be 100% safe. Because we protect us and Kyle is one of us.”

It almost sounds like a conspiracy to commit murder. But it appears killing a White Trump supporter isn’t really a crime.
Not anymore he isn’t...
He’s permanent resident at sing-song.
The thugs are there to injure, maim, or kill you. You must be more cunning.
...I suspect Reporter Kyle Clark and Antifa boy Dolloff have been working together....

I suspect Denver police are being willfully obtuse about all these relationships.
Conspiracy to commit murder. That’s a significant enhancement of legal jeopardy for the perp (and well deserved).
From a CO lawyer’s website: “a person can be charged with both murder and conspiracy to commit murder ... This probably wont be reduced by plea bargaining”
I agree. They are run by rabid Leftists, and no doubt wish to protect their own, and their Leftist causes.
Rule of Law be damned.
“That said, I am astonished at the people who shrug their shoulders and say Eh. Nothing will happen. Lets move on. and imply that you are a patsy or simple because you do post it.”
That’s because the people you’re referring to are defeatists. They’re useless.
Carma needs to catch up with Jacob Kelly.
If true
This Kelly deserves some steel in his liver
Its called fighting back dear.
That's a new wrinkle. I don't think that would make any difference when it comes to civil liability.
From KUSA 9:
Zack Newman is an Investigative Data Producer within 9Wants to Know, 9NEWS’ Investigative Unit, in Denver, Colorado.
Newman uses open records laws to obtain and analyze public data to identify systematic problems.
But, hes running around with a guy that he didnt know was unlicensed?
WTF
Thank you for clearing that up. Kyle might have been there but I’ve yet to see him in any footage.
the witness (not too close) on Tucker seems to say wherever the agitator (Black Guns Matter guy) went, the other two followed (the 9News guy and the shooter).
Well that confirms it. Now what will be done with the little murdering punk?
