I trust the expenses for this, vehicles, gas, hotels, meals, etc. will be made very, very public when this is over.

Questions:
are they transporting Kolfage back to NY? If so, how?
why didn’t the agents just fly to FL and rent vehicles there?

Lesson learned - if any vehicle with NY plates shows up in your driveway, shoot it.

Where are the videos on CNN of the SWAT team, commandos, APCs taking down Clinesmith in his undies?

A good rule of thumb is that the number of jackboots sent to arrest a suspect is directly proportional to the political motivation for the prosecution.

Can NY just go riffle through Mar-A-Largo?

I bet they’re looking for any connections to the president at Brian’s house.

“How many were sent for Clinesmith?”

And how many does Audrey Strauss send to the Mexican border to arrest the thousands of alien and drug smuggling mafias?

Even though those thugs do indeed conspire to violate federal laws affecting New York.

Answer as we all know: NONE

She’s all for mass illegal invasion.

Why would they?

These are officers for the United States Postal Service. (Kofalge is charged with violating federal law.)

He didn’t spend 100% he diverted 350000 to his own bank account and 1 million to Bannon.

This happened two weeks ago. Are there no postal inspectors in Florida? The coup is ongoing and provably bipartisan in nature due to the behavior of the “Barr” SDNY-DOJ.

The charges against Kofalge don't address the running of the not-for-profit; they are much more limited in scope.

Specifically, there is one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering; these charges only deal with the movement of money to Kofalge, and not with the operation of his organization.

Depends on how you interpret those charges.

The person pressing the charges, the Russian Red Diaper Baby "Audrey Strauss", had this to say:

U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Audrey Strauss charged Bannon, Brian Kolfage, Andrew Badolato and Timothy Shea with defrauding donors of hundreds of thousands of dollars “under the false pretense that all of that money would be spent on construction.”

Prosecuting on the mechanics of the fraud may just be a strategic decision, but that was supposedly her motivation.

As for Bannon, don't know that anyone said they wouldn't be paying consultants. Pretty flimsy basis for any of the charges. As a donor, I sure didn't have a problem with it.

PS, It’s Kolfage, not Kofalge.

Considering they are conservatives it sounds like harassment.

I read Strauss's comments. However, the actual charges against the four individuals were very limited in scope; this is from the press release:

KOLFAGE, 38, of Miramar Beach, Florida, BANNON, 66, of Washington, D.C., BADOLATO, 56, of Sarasota, Florida, and SHEA, 49, of Castle Rock, Colorado, are each charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, each of which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Most people are under the impression that there has to be a larger charge connected to these, and that's simply not true.

“The United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), or the Postal Inspectors, is the law enforcement arm of the United States Postal Service. “

So it WAS the Post Office.

How EMBARRASSING! To be arrested by the Post Office!

"all of that money would be spent on construction..."

I wonder how literally the US Attorney's office interprets that phrase. In every case where you make a donation by credit card, or PayPal, or any other online payment platform the recipient of the funds typically pays a fee for the processing. So in reality when you donate $100.00 to some charity they only get $98 or so.

How many other charities that say they spend all of the donation on their cause has the SDNY US Attorney sued since in reality the banks, or Paypal, diverts millions of dollars into their accounts.

When did the postal service get arrest powers? That needs to stop.

...agents from one state taking out political enemies in another state, without the cooperation of the latter state.

SDNY is a federal district and these are federal agents.
