Another US Government Abuse of Power! Two weeks ago war hero and triple amputee Brian Kolfage was arrested along with former Trump Chief Strategist Steve Bannon and two others for charges related to building a wall on the Southern Border.

But the charges aren’t political, and “Audrey Strauss” (should we spell it in Cyrillic?) is completely objective about a murky charge of “fraud” in donations marketing.

This is a pretty succinct definition of civil war: agents from one state taking out political enemies in another state, without the cooperation of the latter state.
I hope Brian didn’t deceive donors but I also think New York is ripping off the taxpayers back home, I highly doubt they need all those people to arrest Brian.
I didn’t realize that law enforcement from another state can come arrest you and go through your house. I thought they had to square that with your states law enforcement first.

All the cars at Kolfage’s place driven by the USPIS agents had New York plates and the USPIS agents mentioned they drove all the way from New York.
When are 15 armed agents going to arrest the Clintons for making $3.4 BILLION in Haitian aid money disappear? Oh never mind, it’s only $3.4 BILLION with a B.
Of course no victims of the ‘fraudsters’ abuse were identified or sited in the indictment. (It’s doubtful if anyone who gave to the border wall project gave a damn about Kolfage and others covering their work and expenses.)
SDNY wanted the hard drives, etc. and especially list of ALL donors too We Build the Wall. Ostensibly to refund donation$ to the named individuals. Ya. They wanted the list of names all right...
