The university ended the employment of Dr. Neal-Boylan on June 19 after 10 months in her role as dean of the Solomont School of Nursing. As with all such decisions, it was made in the best interest of the university and its students.
The cancel culture that is rampant on American college campuses right now has just claimed another victim. A nursing dean at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, has reportedly been fired after saying in an email that everyones life matters.
Where does this end?

She should look the president/chancellor of the university in the eyes and ask if their life doesnt matter....

Good idea. I, and probably a lot of others, did not think of it.
So simple. So on point. So possibly effective.
This is what I like most about FR— people coming up with the obvious that wasn’t obvious to a lot of people.
I too have a lot of vacation days. But why take off, when there’s nowhere to go. Nothing’s open.
I wish I could get paid for them. But my company says “use ‘em or lose ‘em.”
Very good points! The Commie virus has helped corporations in many ways. Saving huge money by eliminating office space, travel and now law suits.

Not to mention customer service. Ahem, I mean... WHAT customer service? Every company on Planet Earth is claiming “Oh! COVID! We’re so virtuous -— see? We let our entire customer service staff take a 5 month unpaid vacation. Sorry! There’s no one to talk to about the $852 charge on your credit card... send us an e-mail. We’ll get around to it, because we really, really CARE about you.”
Hmmmm. Another ‘bow down or be gone’ incident.
“I don’t really blame them for thinking this way. I can’t say I really trust some of my colleagues.”

I know this is happening. My white granddaughter arrived back at her office (hot Florida), and innocently made the comment, “It’s so hot I can’t breathe.” A young white female co-worker then went and reported this to their supervisor, a black female. However, the supervisor likes my granddaughter and just said “stop it”.
You have to know stuff like this is going on all over the country.
Would one get fired for saying All Black Lives Matter? Or for saying Black Deaths Matter?
—
No, because they capitalized “Black.” Now, if they had written it in lower case, that would have shown that they’re a bigot, celebrate the Confederacy and would probably own slaves if someone let them.

My answer to Black Lives Matter is:
“What Lives Don’t?”
And at a certain point, one has their garage and closets all cleaned out and straightened up.
I am probably going to take a week off and try to find some out of the way, picturesque place in my state near a lake and hang out there and read.
Where does this end?
The upcoming election will say a lot about where it is going ? Otherwise no tellin!

You have no idea how that infuriates me.
It’s a one-way conversation and BLM buses are doing all of the talking.

I wonder if BLM and the Democrats know how many smart, productive, black Americans they are insulting every day by coddling them like children unable to care for themselves.
I want to go to South Padre Island. In September.
If the beaches are open. Right now, they are not.
Ironic that she is the Dean of NURSING....
We must go after the organizations that fire people for free speech.

Hope she has a good lawyer.
