A new NPR-Marist poll found that 56% of Americans believe that the police are behaving appropriately or not being aggressive enough during the nationwide demonstrations after George Floyd’s death.
The survey, which was conducted Tuesday through Wednesday, asked 1,062 American adults about police behavior in relation to the protests about George Floyd’s death with a margin of error of +/- 4 percentage points.
Out of all respondents, 18% said that the police were not being aggressive enough. The answers differed significantly along partisan lines, with 43% of Republicans saying that the police were not being aggressive enough compared to just 2% of Democrats. Responses also differed by race; 20% of white respondents thought the police were not being aggressive enough while only 6% of African Americans agreed, according to the poll.

We need the Chicago cops who dealt with the rampaging scum at the 1968 Democratic Convention.
They also need to ask about their relationship to the looters in the questions.
The progs just can’t get that approval rating down below 30%.

I read an article that the Chicago cops were pointing out Antifa members to members of the Latin Kings and letting them do what Chicago cops no longer can.
It’s not rocket science. Hillary told us 56% of the people were deplorables.

My Grandpa was there. I have his old police gear and his pins, but he passed before I was born. He was in the department from ‘61-’84, and he was an evidence tech for the last five years, I think.
Good choice. I love 5FDP.
I’ve got a cousin whose son is a police officer. If he or any cop gets killed because he hesitated, due to political correctness, their blood is on the Democrats’ hands.

This is an NPR/Marist poll. I suspect the level of support is closer to 75%.
What percentage of Americans would like their businesses or homes looted?
That is the poll I want to see.
That number should be higher.
Back then, they learned FAST not to mess with Mayor Richard J Daley and his Chicago Police Force. And a “Force” they were.
