First of all...I want to see a finished product and look at the contractors before I use that law. It gives the action of the President “strength”.

Not really a wet blanket either; a lot of us have had the same questions. But remember he also has had to deal with the Obama moles, leave-behinds, and die-in-placers that that kenyan commie bastard put in place, as well as resistance from people supposedly on our side.
When you think about all this man has gone through in the last three years, it’s amazing he’s NEVER folded on us nor caved in.
He’s keeping his promise. No other President since Reagan has done as much in so short a time to stop the slide and repair the damage.

Now, it's the runup to the November election, and an acquitted President can unleash the hounds of Hell against his ankle-biting opponents - just in time for the election.
I also predict that Barr's DOJ is going to be doing interesting things against the President's opponents in the next few months.

Had Trump played this card 3 years ago, they probably would not have passed the budget bill this year, without language that would expressly prohibit the President from using Military funds. Progress to date has been slow - so they let it pass.
Now he just put the wall building in overdrive, hoping we take back the House in the Fall.
