Moderate Democrats watched in horror as Bernie Sanders soared to a landslide victory in Nevada.
It wasn't the win that was surprising — it was the walloping Sanders gave his opponents, his ability to dominate among Latino voters, and the momentum he gained moving into South Carolina and Super Tuesday. The performance sent already worried Democrats into a full-blown panic.
“In 30-plus years of politics, I’ve never seen this level of doom. I’ve never had a day with so many people texting, emailing, calling me with so much doom and gloom,” said Matt Bennett of the center-left group Third Way after Sanders' win in Nevada.
Bennett said moderates firmly believe a Sanders primary win would seal Donald Trump’s reelection. “It’s this incredible sense that we’re hurtling to the abyss. I also think we could lose the House. And if we do, there would be absolutely no way to stop [Trump]. Today is the most depressed I’ve ever been in politics.”
A renewed sense of urgency washed over establishment Democrats, who fear it’s quickly becoming too late to stop Sanders.

Poll: Sanders, Bloomberg Leapfrog Biden in New York:
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg (D) have passed former Vice President Joe Biden in New York state, according to a Democrat presidential primary poll.
A Siena College survey published Monday shows Sanders is supported by 25 percent of registered New York Democrat voters — a gain of 12 percent from the same poll from November — while Bloomberg is backed by 21 percent. Biden has sunk to third place with 13 percent after once leading the same poll in November by 10 points. In fourth place is Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), at 11 percent, the poll found. Former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) tie for fifth place with nine percent support each.
These kinds of articles just might push Bernie over the edge. He might go full Bolshevik, and threaten to shoot anyone who doesn’t vote for him.

“Centralist Democrat” total BS. The only centrist Democrats are the senior citizen Dems who have not realized the rats left them behind years ago. I know a few and they have a death grip on their denial. The rats plan at moment is to take out Bernie and pass off the candidate as a moderate, in other words the same old election year scam.

Many recent Latinos are in favor of socialism. Its why the new legal immigrants are being rushed to citizenship to vote.
This is a very interesting year as it appears that Sanders and Billionaire guy have seized control of the DNC.
