It might not be an official launch but there should be no doubt that this is the week that Hillary Clinton is launching her 2020 campaign. Her media appearances no doubt about this. Sunday she appeared on CBS's Sunday Morning who made it clear in not so many words that she would be eager to run against Donald Trump next year.
Hillary will also be appearing on Stephen Colbert and "The View." Don't be too surprised to see Joy Behar gushing over Hillary and begging her to run again. Also look for news articles speculating on the possibility of a Hillary run. This is definitely all orchestrated and not accidental.
The one who should get full credit for predicting that Hillary would run in 2020 is H.A. Goodman who has been saying this since early 2017. If the news media were fair, Goodman should win a Pulitzer prize for being the ONLY one to predict this stunning political development.
Of course, the other Democrat candidates are not going to be happy with Hillary joining the campaign. The one who will be especially enraged will be Bernie Sanders who was cheated out of the nomination in 2016. No way that this time he would be placated with another beach house or the possibility of running in 2024. Since it is now or never for Bernie, I am sure he would run third party thus ensuring the landslide defeat of Hillary in the general election ultimately resulting in the destruction of the Democrat party.
My guess is if Hillary runs her VP choice will be wildly popular with the black community. She needs their votes... Booker’s not the one.

In addition, in recent years, federal courts have with increasing frequency considered the ***fraudulent concealment doctrine*** as a means of tolling statutes of limitations. Under this federal doctrine, the limitations period does not run until the plaintff discovers or, through the exercise of due diligence, should have discovered a cause of action concealed by the defendant.
This means the statute of limitations does not begin until the crime has been discovered or should have been discovered. If it was concealed, then it is highly likely an investigative body would not know a crime was committed until it was discovered in the course of another investigation or related activity, an accidental discovery if you will.
There is so much to hang Hillary Clinton with that it would take weeks of intensive research to plod through all applicable statutes and gather elements of proof.
She knows she and her RICO sphere are doomed with Trump in office which is why she is watching intently the Biden events unfolding. She is trying to justify in her mind another run and that is why she is releasing to the press that she won the election and Trump is illegitimate. She is obviously very disturbed. I have always maintained she is a psychopath, not a sociopath but a psychopath as there is a crucial difference.
If she can be linked concretely to the scheme to remove a duly elected President, she can possibly be brought up on charges of treason.
POTUS’s tweet that Schiff is apparently guilty of treason is spot on. I say that not as a biased right-wing Trump supporter but as an analyst who is careful to observe the precision of legal terms.
The charge of treason is not thrown about loosely. It has to be rock solid. The potential charge of treason against Schiff is rock solid and the same can be against Hillary Clinton depending on discovery of what’s in the DNC server that is believed to have been or is in process of transfer to DOJ from Ukraine.
As far as me personally, yes I am desirous of seeing H Clinton brought to Justice because I do not see the truth in her, in any part of her but more importantly I was through no fault of my own nearly wiped out in 2008 stemming from a culture of corruption in DC and Wall St. of which H Clinton is one of the prime ringleaders. So it has a personal element and seeing her and others brought to justice would provide some closure.
I realize that people are imperfect, and I am tolerant of missteps and infractions, but there are certain persons who make it a game to break the law or more cleverly get others to break the law for them and that rubs me the wrong way. In my opinion H Clinton makes a mockery of justice, putting herself above the law, and making others to suffer for minor infractions as if they were major crimes. She is a stain on America.
So...crap shoot.... toll the statute under color of authority?
Who was President when these crimes were committed...Who was Attny General? Who ran interference with two years of Mueller?
I suppose a lot would depends on the Jurisdiction and Judge as to whether it they would allow it. (Not a DC court.)

There is nothing wrong with her except she is evil, wicked, vile, and depraved. In 2015 according to some here she was on her last legs and 15 minute, yet she is still here today. She is too evil to die. She will still be alive hurting innocent people long after everyone here now is dead and gone. I it was not to be but it is what it is. And while I am wishing, I wish she would drop dead right now.
