It might not be an official launch but there should be no doubt that this is the week that Hillary Clinton is launching her 2020 campaign. Her media appearances no doubt about this. Sunday she appeared on CBS's Sunday Morning who made it clear in not so many words that she would be eager to run against Donald Trump next year.
Hillary will also be appearing on Stephen Colbert and "The View." Don't be too surprised to see Joy Behar gushing over Hillary and begging her to run again. Also look for news articles speculating on the possibility of a Hillary run. This is definitely all orchestrated and not accidental.
The one who should get full credit for predicting that Hillary would run in 2020 is H.A. Goodman who has been saying this since early 2017. If the news media were fair, Goodman should win a Pulitzer prize for being the ONLY one to predict this stunning political development.
Of course, the other Democrat candidates are not going to be happy with Hillary joining the campaign. The one who will be especially enraged will be Bernie Sanders who was cheated out of the nomination in 2016. No way that this time he would be placated with another beach house or the possibility of running in 2024. Since it is now or never for Bernie, I am sure he would run third party thus ensuring the landslide defeat of Hillary in the general election ultimately resulting in the destruction of the Democrat party.

SOL applies to debt, misappropriation of funds or property (unless fraudulent conveyance). Basically, provable fraud takes weight over SOL arguments.
Squatters rights, adverse possession are SOL territory but any fraud committed in association with those conflicts may defeat any SOL defense.
SOL is a device for providing relief to courts as witnesses pass away or the whereabouts of which are unknown, memories fade or are lost, old non-official non-registered documents and letters cannot be validated.
Ms. Clinton has a mountain of fraud around her for which she can be brought to account for. Everything from Benghazi, Uranium 1, mishandling classified documents, spoliation of evidence, ordering reprisals.
Her best course now is to run for President and hope she or any Democrat wins in 2020.
That could well be the reason.

Well, you are correct at least as regards treason and espionage, since those are capital offenses, but those aren’t really likely to apply here.
As for the rest of your assertions about fraud and perjury do you have any source to back them up? The general federal statute of limitations for non-capital offenses is a flat five years, and applies to every non-capital offense that doesn’t have a specific period established by other legislation, and none of your other examples seems to actually meet those criteria, as detailed by the Justice Department:

The woman carries high aspirations. She’ll campaign prone on a gurney, but give it her all. The DNC must accept this intruder. After all, they’ve accepted her money all these years. To lose the cash flow, would be the demise of the DNC. Everyone and his dog are due monies from the organization. She, being the ‘Mob Boss’ is in command.
It will be interesting to see the relationship between the three: Her Thighness, The Big Zero, and Pro Quid Joe as the campaigns moves forward.
