Hi all, I am asking for immediate prayer for a friend of mine's daughter GRACIE. She is 20 and pregnant. She had a reaction to a fungal infection cream and went to the hospital. In the hospital she got a bed sore which turned into a staph infection. Her legs are so swollen she can 't walk and they have her on a high dosage of morphine. The minute they lower it she loses it...too much pain. The doctors are very concerned she may not make it. Would truly appreciate any prayer warriors out there to take a moment...Thank you again!

Dear Heavenly Father, there is so much pain, suffering, evil, and chaos besetting our world right now. But nothing is too much for you to handle so we lift Gracie up to you Father. Would You reach down and touch her? would You heal her and her baby? Would you comfort and strengthen her family? Thank you Lord. Amen

Another UPDATE from Gracie’s parents just sent to me...Gracie’s pain is down to a 7. In our opinion, this is the best 3 hours she has had since this ordeal started. Contractions are light and sporatic as long as she does not exert herself (ie try to move around). Vitals are looking good for her and baby. We are trying not to get too excited about the improvement because if there is a downward shift it would be more disappointing. She is eating well again. We’ll take it! Thank you, Lord!

OH GOOD. Thank you for this update. I had a busy weekend and watching grandchildren due to an urgent health situation in my daughter-in-law’s family.
Prayers up for Gracie, her baby, and all who are affected by this situation.
My daughter is a NICU nurse, and they do amazing things with the preemies these days.
More prayers for her and the family. By now they(the family and loved ones) must be EXHAUSTED — running on fumes and pure love.
Really appreciate the update and am thanking the Good Lord for all He is doing guiding the medical team and Gracie’s inner strength. What a time!! Things are looking up. So good!!!!!!!

I think it’s so very important that people praying hear about
the results of their prayers.
Even though we don’t always understand the outcomes right away
it often becomes more clear as time unfolds the mystery of
His great Love for us.

UPDATE as of today...
Pain is under control with new meds. The infection is healing THANK GOD! Swelling is still bad. They are still giving steroids for the babies lungs so she is still in maternity triage with an insulin IV. Contractions are under control..all in all a good day PTL!
