Texas father has been legally prohibited from raising his son as a boy because his ex-wife allegedly decided their son is a transgender girl and is preparing him for “chemical castration at age 8” and a future sex change surgery, which the father may be forced to help pay for.
Jeff Younger, who is locked in a court battle with his ex-wife over whether their son should undergo transition to a girl, says a court order bans him from discussing things like religion or the need to be respectful to girls.
Jeff and his former spouse Anne Georgulas are trying to resolve a parental dispute over their son, James. Anne insists that James identifies as a girl, calls him Luna, and envisions hormone therapy and eventually sex-change surgery in the future. Jeff rejects the idea and says his son is perfectly comfortable being a boy in his presence. The pair are fighting a legal battle, with a court temporarily ordering Jeff not to impose a male identity on the child.
The order forbids Jeff from calling his son James in front of anyone who knows him as a girl, and this significantly limits what they can do together, he told RT’s Sophie Shevardnadze.

Her website says she’s into “helping you achieve your parenting goals.”
Yikes.
Yet her status as a pediatrician no doubt gives her the advantage over her “religious bigot” ex-husband.
The court and the judge aren’t even named in this poorly written story, but FReepers should be able to sleuth family court records in Dallas area.
Conservative legal activists could go to bat for this little boy & his dad by simply having the judge removed from the case.

As the parent of a trans-child, let me be the first to say THIS MOM IS A NUTCASE. That boy is not trans; he is being mentally and emotionally abused by his mother. Chemical castration at 8 years old?! She is torturing that child.
If I were Dad, I would keep her so busy in court her head would spin. If that didnt work, I would take the boy and flee before I’d allow anyone to permanently damage my son.
My child has been asking for transitioning surgery for 2 years (she has hyperandrogenism, a variant of NCCAH) and her body is slowly being masculinized anyway, but we said no. You want to change your body, pay for it as an adult. She’s almost 18 and agreed to wait.
This mother is EVIL.
Weird. Most stories involve men killing their kids to get back at the ex.
If they are in Houston this may be the judge they want.
I call them trans-trenders. They make life very hard for folks who are truly trans due to an endocrine defect, like my child.
Do yourself a favor, Jeff. Cut off your own nut sack.
Most women were on happy pills so not sure that’s true. They had to stay. They had no way to support themselves. Couldn’t get a credit card, bank account or even a loan for a house.

She is located in Coppell Texas which is basically Dallas and the Judge was likely in Dallas.
The law has the power to enforce it’s will even unto death to any who in any way oppose it, this in matters great or small.
BUT with this authority comes responsibility to use it judiciously and not abusively. The judge has the power of life and death over the people it so orders. This is a scurrilous and vast abuse of authority by this judge. I’d inform him that he doesn’t have the power to order dictate in this way...

There was recently a father in Sweden who fled with his children to Poland rather than have his children adopted into a Muslim foster home.
I'd recommend he either take the child to grandparents or other family who live outside the state and refuse to reveal where he is or flee with the boy to another country.
Question: what became of her other three children? Were they from a different marriage?
So a judge rules a man’s son must be injected with girl hormones and get his penis chopped off at age 8.
Ask any old people in Texas. As recently as 5 or 6 decades ago in Texas, that “judge” and/or the “mother” could have generally expected to get shot down.
In the 1920s or 30s, the chances of getting their lamp blowed out would have risen to a near certainty.
Now Texas is “civilized”.
