From the actual article(s), Sessions didn’t have anything to do with it. It was a referral from the OIG, based on their audit of the Clinton e-mail scam coverup, from which Sessions is recused.
So the only criminal referral to come from the whole Clinton e-mail coverup is going to be this? Nothing for Clinton herself, or any of her cronies? No, they all still have immunity, apparently. And this is not even an actual indictment, they’re just looking into it, as always. Considering this justice is absurd.
