A Report was released in April of 2017 that received no publicity until recently.
The report was a ruling on the results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches made by Obamas FBI and DOJ during Obamas time in office.
The report shows Obamas FBI and DOJ participated in widespread criminal searches and criminal sharing of data with non authorized entities outside of government.

There are reports that Horowitz got hoodwinked and misled the Senate by claiming he had the messages he didn't really have. Starting with Gateway Pundit's leading reporter. And Mark Meadows said on Hannity's radio show that Horowitz only delivered 600 pages of the 1.2 million he was supposed to. We were repeatedly told January 15th was D-Day, then absolutely nothing happened. Excuses are getting old.
Thanks Larry!
Supposedly the 5 most critical months are missing. Quality vs. Quantity.
Explanation for the delay is given in this article.
Seems they have some significant people wired and are gathering good information
Thanks. The 50,000 number being bandied about is to cover this up, from your link:
The FBI failed to preserve five months worth of text messages exchanged between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the two FBI employees who made pro-Clinton and anti-Trump comments while working on the Clinton email and the Russia collusion investigations.
The disclosure was made Friday in a letter sent by the Justice Department to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC).
The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBIs technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page, Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department, wrote to Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of HSGAC.
He said that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017.
Can you imagine if a republican or Trump did this??? It would be the headline for months.
It’s going to be an interesting ride. Make sure you have plenty of butter for your popcorn.
They aren’t missing. Sessions likely has them already, just is “announcing” a search to convince Ds they are safe for a moment.
The whole game here is to a) keep the quarry from running/keep them contained and unable to do further harm; b) build an absolute airtight case—there would be NO worse damage than to indict these people and then have them skate on technicalities or sloppy work (which is why I believe Manafort & Flynn’s work was deliberately sloppy to allow them out after the crap hits the fan); c) hit all at once. This is not a typical mafia sting where you start with a small guy & flip your way up. This is a Gotti sting where you start at the top and get them all
BTW, who said this last week? This is why the Memo is taking a while to release. The crap in this is so huge, they have to make sure they don’t run out with docs that are either hoaxes, or disproven in other docs. But EVERYONE was under surveillance:

I said last week the memo is massive. It includes layers that would shock even most of us here at FR. This is why it’s taking so long to absorb, understand, verify.
They do NOT want to run out and say, “Look, the Supreme Court was blackmailed” then have docs within the supporting materials disprove that. They need to be 100% sure when they release this stuff that it sticks.
Thanks Larry, I wholeheartedly agree. The left has its snowflakes, FR has its slushbunnies who want everything now now now, then whine, oh no, it didn't happen, it will never happen, and let's call the waaaahmbulance.
I seriously hope you’re not calling me a slushbunny, who’s crying to anyone out of some sense of dependency.
I’m hard core, to the point, and sick of this DOJ, sick of these politicians, and sick of those making excuses for them!
If others are perfectly fine with continually being screwed over by this government, or being lied to endlessly over and over that arrests of the true criminals are coming any day now, while Trump associates are the only ones actually being arested, or even being interviewed by investigators that we know of, then good for them.
But I’m not one of them. I expect RESULTS, not BS. And so far the only one who seems to be getting any results is Mueller, which proves it shouldn’t be that difficult.
Thanks!
I don’t think I was referring to you, but glad to see someone fired up about this, instead of throwing up their hands and saying, everyone is going to get away with it, and oh woe is me, nothing can be done about it. I feel blessed that I live in a country where there is no dictator who would have just rounded them up and shot them (although I often feel some pleasure contemplating just such an approach, even right in open threads on FR). For one thing, there is no difference between dictators, for another, the first one we’re likely to get will be something like Soetero.
Sessions is doing exactly what he’s supposed to, he’s just not busting up the barrels of moonshine for the newspapers like Ness did in Chicago. The breadth of the criminality means there are allied criminals potentially everywhere in the gov’t, but particularly in the entities like the DoJ and FBI which are supposed to enforce the law. Slow and deliberate is better, not least because the prosecutions are going to be going on for years.
When Nixon had a gang of criminals doing breakins, the whole country turned on the actual criminality of that — only the hard core Demwits used it as some partisan pretext; his supporters (and former supporters) didn’t switch parties over it, they were surprised and disappointed. I remember Sirica, who was a Nixon supporter, writing how shocked he was to hear Nixon using blue language on the tapes.
The best result will be for the national opinion of Obama turn about because of his criminal activity — which didn’t start with his swearing in, in any case — and be inextricably linked in the history books. What we’ll probably see instead is that those who voted for him will continue to race-card and otherwise rationalize their way through some incoherent defense of his so-called presidency.

The hard core Demwits support their party above and before all, even when then know there are crimes involved, because to them, everything is justified, and they never trusted the FBI or DoJ in the first place. :^)
Thanks SunkenCiv! Yes I am fired up. I believe there was more than enough evidence to indict Hillary and her associates for mishandling classified information, and destroying evidence which is also obstruction of justice on DAY 1. That's why I believe those telling us the prosecutors in the DOJ need to be left alone to slowly work their way up to her are trying to get us to ignore the crimes already fully exposed.
Same with telling us to wait on Sessions to finally show some life. Some even go so far with this theory that they claim what Nunes and Congress is doing to bring this information to the forefront is actually damaging to what Sessions is secretly trying to do. That might be believable if there was any evidence of it, but so the circumstantial evidence points more to Sessions being complicit. And isn't it funny that those telling us to wait on Sessions now are mostly the same ones who were telling us to wait on Mueller to,secretly prosecute Clinton as well?
So everyone can make their own decision, but it basically comes down to 2 options.
Either you like what Nunes and a few other Congressmen are doing, to bring as much of this huge scandal as they can to light, so that there will finally be enough pressure ont the DOJ to appoint the special counsel to look into it, just as they have been demanding since last summer.
Or, you trust Sessions, if not Mueller, to secretly get to the bottom of this and actually take care of it, all secretly and privately, and therefore think that what Nunes and these committees are doing to expose this information is actually damaging to the cause.
Count me in for full public disclosure, at this point since so much is already known. When I even try to think about trusting the DOJ with secrets, the only outcome I see is more coverup.
Thanks!
The four page memo is Monica’s Dress right now. Everyone involved is in on that.
it will take overwhelming evidence (and we’re not privy to what they’e got already) to put away Soetero and Hitlery, because even the MOR voters and public have to be dragged, kicking and screaming. Meanwhile, how strongly do you think the media in general is going to be manufacturing consent (to put it in Chomsky’s term)?
This struggle against the left is not dissimilar to FDR’s struggle to get the US to be willing to go to war.
The DOJ doesn't seem to be involved, since reports are the Nunes is refusing to let them even see it. Shows you how much he trusts anyone there. I'm right with him.
New Tagline, based on my last post.
That's kibuki..
