I’m just an old W. Texan and really don’t understand the World today. But I think we saw where our country is headed last Tuesday in Alabama and I’m just glad I don’t have that long to go. We’re in deep Pasture patties.
You are 100% correct. I’m 55y/o and feel sorry for the next younger generation of good people that don’t deserve this crap.

I concur. The USA had a good run as a constitutional republic. Now, our government is so corrupt that the only way to replace it is via armed rebellion.

IMHO, our country has many political, governmental and societal ills that are all supported my our massive debt, in our completely unbacked, fiat currency. Printed money and debt allows statists and the left to fund every social-engineering scheme they can come up with. Do this for 40-50 years, and it will severely screw-up society.
We are doing far better now than a year ago.
The Establishment is fighting, but they are losing in ways never before dreamed.

GOP ran a lousy candidate at a lousy time there, made worse by an unproven but sticky label and lousy response to accusations.
Rats took advantage of the situation, spent 10x, rallied their base, and BARELY won.
It’s an anomaly.
Next time maybe the GOP will vet candidates better.
