Hillary Clinton spoke about the dangers of artificial intelligence in a radio interview with Hugh Hewitt on Wednesday.
The failed presidential candidate was on Hewitt's show to promote her book, but the conversation steered towards recent advances in technology.
Something that concerns Clinton is the potential for our society to become inundated with artificial intelligence - computers that mimic the human brain to complete tasks for us - such as home office assistants or even robot drones.
Clinton says that AI can be a good thing, but she's worried that our society is rushing into a brave new world without thinking through the repercussions....

She went on the air with Hugh Hewitt? I guess Hillary knew he was a squish and she was on safe ground.
Hillary doesn’t even have artificial intelligence.
One more thing, she would never go on the air with Sean Hannity for instance.
I bet this woman couldn’t name one programming language. She doesn’t even operate her own Twitter account, that’s why she appeared to wish herself a happy birthday.
She should be an expert on AI. She has never had any God given intelligence.
She’s right though, we are unprepared. AIs will be another massive change to our society, like cars or the internet. There will be a before and an after. Even more so though because in the after we will share the world with things that might or might not want to share with us and have the ability to make it stick.
Who cares what Hillary Clinton has to say about anything? She’s about as relevant as a calculator at a spelling bee.
