What do you expect with the GOP MIA? Trump will make the best of a bad situation and move on. The Donald will not sit back and do nothing, he is a man of action. He also realizes that although home runs are great, sometimes you have to bunt that run home.
We sometimes forget that President Trump is a good American, NOT a politician!
I really wish Kelly would stay off Trumps twitter account. Last time this happened where Trump sounded like David Brock, we saw Kelly looking like a beat mule at a press conference.

If they were brought here as a juvenile by a parent, parents or close relative and can PROVE IT, have graduated high school or have a GED and/or are serving in the Military and have NO CRIMINAL RECORD they should be allowed to stay. They will NOT be GRANTED CITIZENSHIP or be ELIGIBLE for WELFARE or be able to “sponsor” relatives” wishing to enter the USA.
20 years from the date of receiving a “Special Green Card” having learned English and with a clean record they should be allowed to apply for citizenship, not until then! Something like that should work for everybody

Don’t you realize Trump was supposed to deliver everything promised immediately, despite a hostile, uncooperative GOPe congress, constant unsubstantiated impeachment-seeking charges, out of control judges, and the deep, deep DC swamp?
I’m with him on this one.
The simple fact of the matter is that we really are talking about flesh and blood human beings just like you and me. And I do have consternation about kicking out people that were brought here as children and this has, in every emotional and “real life” way, has become their home.
I believe a solution that takes that into account ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS is, to put it mildly, the minimum humane way to handle this.
Those that say, “deport them all” are not seeing this from a human and, dare I say it, through Christ’s love, perspective. It’s not that I don’t understand and emotionally agree with that position. It’s that I believe it is unreasonable, when you see the human impact on those that really did not come here of their own free will.
Of course, it also should include a cutoff so that those brought after a particular date don’t enjoy that opportunity.

If anyone actually knows the details of this non-binding agreement that can easily be stopped by a little Republican action please step forward with chapter and verse. What “laws” go into effect over a ham sandwich and a cold soda? Stop doing just what the left wants. Stop attacking Trump until there is hard evidence that there will be no wall.

In case you missed it, Trump rescinded DACA.
He is playing the game quite well/
1. Rescind DACA and watch the dems and their press go apesh*t.
2. Stick it to the repubs on border wall funding.
3. Repeat what was said on the campaign trail that some SOME Dreamers should be allowed to stay.
4. Tweet that no concessions will be made unless there is massive effort for border security i.e. “The Wall” (keeping promise)
5. Dems say “NO WALL unless DACA reinstated” to which Trump responds “Doesn’t matter, wall is already under construction”.
Trump has wall under construction using previous appropriations for maintenance and repair. That allows him to upgrade as well, so he’s got all the cards.
Dems and repubs are boxed in.
If Trump has the cards, why is he pushing for new legislation?
Because current appropriations for border maintenance, repair, upgrades are not sufficient, not strong in budgeting, and subject to policy changes under future administrations.
New legislation would be more enduring, sufficient, and set an example as we as many precedents. It is also the right thing to do and the humane thing to do.
I’d rather get rid of the 11 million first anyway. Those 11 million weren’t brought over at 2 years old. The 11 million came as adults. So weird that the focus is on 800K instead of the 11 million doing real damage to our country.
The frauds can apply to stay but when their fraud is exposed, deportation must follow.
And if they don’t apply for fear of deportation, then a deadline on applications will expire leaving those that did not apply subject to deportation.
The real work will be inside ICE where Dreamer applications will be reviewed. That’s where the President must have managers who will follow the letter of the law. Only a few Dreamers should be approved, the rest deported.
The President is going to win this one hands down.

On nearly every issue, President Trump has taken around 4 positions.
The one that he has never wavered on is The Wall. But I think we are starting to see that become “border security.”
You should go protest over at the Pentagon to ensure all the military service members who came to the country at 2 years old are dishonorably discharged. You’ll be a national hero!
