Peaceful Protester? Let them have their fun.
Protesters burning, looting, etc? Declare martial law in that area and shoot on-site.
Blocking traffic? Restore traffic flow immediately by grabbing as many as you can and locking them into a van for transport to the nearest holding center where there will be arrested and fingerprinted and processed as soon as they can get to it...maybe.
Protesters from out of state who show up in busses and incite violence? Charge them with Sedition.
But I stress once again- PEACEFUL protesters- 100% allowed under first amendment.
They can say whatever they want as long as they don’t break, burn or block things.
