I look at white silence in these issues (social injustice involving an African-American) as violence, Thomas said. White silence is the equivalent to violence in these issues. When youre not standing up and youre not speaking out for your brother, right, you and I are brothers regardless of skin color, and this is where this whole race thing, this constructed race thing really separates us in this country, and thats what we need to get underneath because any type of mistreatment of you or oppression of you I have to stand up and speak against that.

I don't recall Isiah Thomas standing up nor speaking about outright lies and misrepresentation of manufactured social injustice involving African Americans.
Do we conclude that Thomas is just as guilty then?

Hmm, is this person the same Isaiah Thomas who had a lawsuit filed against him for sexual harassment? THAT Isaiah Thomas? /s

You have to agree that Isiah was never the brightest bulb on the hoop. He just needs some attention and love...evidently.
Frankly, I’m about to swear off sports. It’s all depressing. And I mean all of them. I’m sure that athletes in the past had issues...but you can’t do what you used to and escape notice by the ever present media. Sadly, I was never an athlete. But if I had been and had been offered a bazillion dollars to play a kid’s game for part of the year, I would like to think I would do it and screw up on my own time. Like after I retired at 30.
/rant off :)

Right.
First chance I get I will go to our local hood and begin a rational dialog with one of Obama's homies about this.
You know, the ones who look like him?
NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
