A week of missteps has taken its toll on Donald Trump’s support among Republicans and the general public, the latest IBD/TIPP Poll shows. Trump’s lead against his GOP rivals narrowed considerably, and he fares worse against Hillary Clinton than he did in national surveys taken before last week.

I think a lot of people like those things about him the most. People have been taught to hate themselves and hate America and be victims for decades. He is showing people how to rise above these things and love America again.

I was with a friend of mine last week. She's got cancer and is in palliative care. Her uncle is 95 and fought against the Japanese in New Guinea (and was gravely wounded in his first sixty seconds of combat, but that's another story.) Anyway, Mr H and I were talking and he said, 'I don't let my boys talk that anti American crap. If it wasn't for the Americans we'd all be eating boiled rice - if we had any rice to eat.' That's an exact quote. Never forget what America has done for the world? Not just saving us from Nazism, Japanese militarism, communism and other deadly threats. But by setting an example we can all aspire to. That's how I have always viewed America and that's how I view Mr Trump.
We need to start blocking this kind a crap nonsense. This blog site is becoming worse than Fox News with all this lying propaganda against Trump! What not change the name to the Kelly Megan File. Trump supporters are not going anywhere no matter what they throw at him!
None of that is taught in American public schools today. The ignorance of today’s high school and college students is astounding. The Left can truly say “mission accomplished” when you look at the American educational system.
He is showing people how to rise above these things and love America again.
His main value is his ability to fracture the Beltway Culture Club that has been so rife with corruption, entitlement, and political correctness; he can shatter that facade by not being beholden to it...that is my reason for voting Trump...
But I harbor no illusions about his chances of actually doing so; many voters seem apathetic about their own fraudulent political systems...
Actually, Hillary is quite gray, not orange.
It is hard for folks to wake up on any given morning and realize that they have become exactly what they hate. Like those experiments where they play right-answer/wrong-answer and give torture by electrical shock to experiment volunteers, whereby normal people find themselves increasing electrical current up to amounts that would kill someone - or where people become pretend jailers and abuse the convicts.
So too, Cruz fans have turned into the worst of the DU with the GOPe propaganda and the inane back up comments. Logic be damned. Articles and comments that they would not normally make... it's fine. Cruz sucking up to the GOPe and getting their PAC support... it's fine. Cruz attacking Trump with leftest slurs about being responsible for demonstrations... that's all fine too. Sad really.
He will likely be nominated and the slaughtered in the General.
What we have done to conservatism is a damn shame.
Everyone quit laughing....the dominoes are tumbling in the direction of President Bernie Sanders (God help us all).
