Ted Nugent admitted that no one actually believes Donald Trump is a true conservative, but he supports the GOP presidential front-runner anyway because of his support for private gun ownership.
In a brief interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Republican rocker and avid hunter was asked why he likes Mr. Trump over other conservative candidates who are more supportive of the Second Amendment....

Nugent doesn’t believe Trump is conservative, but believes Trump is what the nation needs, because he will do conservative things anyhow. As far as I can figure that’s actually within the realm of possibility with this orange weirdo. I doubt if he has any real successes, but to be fair I doubt anyone really will.

No sir, it wasn’t a silly question. In fact I had the honor of hearing Mr. Carson address your topic. He refused to go into detail. He would only say that this was an issue which has been resolved and that relationships were healed. Considering his endorsement of Trump today, I would imagine many people are satisified except you.
From what you posted to me, do you agree with Senator Cruz blaming Donald Trump for Chicago? What do you say to the thousands of people who wanted to hear him tonight? Does it matter to you that their free speech was denied?
