Was Justice Scalia murdered? Forget "conspiracy theory." This is real.
Let's jump right in with quotes from the Washington Post, 2/15, Conspiracy theories swirl around the death of Antonin Scalia. The Post published extraordinary statements from the Facebook page of "William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police":
"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia."
"You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?"
"How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack..."

Plausible deniability is a poor substitute for facts. An Autopsy should be done to put this story to rest.
I noticed yesterday that Rush mentioned conspiracy theorists were abroad over Scalia’s death. Today, he did not mention it at all.
Rush likes to cleanse himself occasionally by decrying conspiracy theories of any kind.
Except when a few conspiracists get together with computers and try to trick away his advertisers. Then he gets in gear.
Obamacare attitude has got you.
“Scalia died in his sleep. There is no âthereâ there.”
Okay. Autopsies are not obsolete. Just call you by phone, like what was done with Scalia.
Thanks! I fixed the link.
No autopsy? Really? Would not family members want to know exactly what happened for their own medical information? How about his personal physicians? I would think for their own medical practice they would want details of his death.
When my father died, his doctors wanted a copy of the autopsy.
With a pillow over this head. Don't we all have lots of loved one who died with pillows over their faces? smh.
It happens every day.
PLEEEZE. I loved Scalia. Let him RIP. He was 79!! FGS. I have been to MARFA . There is no one there. If you can prove your point , I will acknowledge my error but you have ZERO and it embarrasses this site.
Over his HEAD. As in between his head and the headboard. The guy who found him said his face looked calm. If the pillow was over his face, how did the discoverer see it, hmmm?
I personally sleep with a pillow above my head too. It keep me from hitting the headboard when I turn over.
Exactly.
He was in the Presidential Suite. There are likely security cameras in that hall. Ritzy places have such things.
There are all kinds of decisions coming up that will impact the country this term, by June 30th. 0bama may just get his illegals-to be decided in April.
But sure. ‘He died peacefully in his sleep.’
And the children and grandchildren will be well taken care of.
He was a tie-breaking conservative member of the United States Supreme Court, you blithering idiot!
“He was a tie-breaking conservative member of the United States Supreme Court, you blithering idiot!”
But apparently, Presidio county does not have a law on the books that requires an autopsy when a tie breaking conservative member of the Supreme Court dies in their county, that there must be an autopsy.
In fact, Texaa state law does not require an autopsy for deaths that appear to be natural.
Perhaps, the Obama Justice Department could have seized the body and performed an autopsy, but that would have been against Texas law and the wishes of the Scalia family.
You missed the whole point.
The man is dead. He will be replaced.
Nothing having to do with a cause of death is going to change that.
The best we can do is elect a republican, and hope Ginsburg lives a little longer.
This conspiracy talk is pointless. No one thinks it through to the next step and the next step. We are a country of people pointing at each other, and achieving nothing.
The U. S. Marshals are responsible for their security. IIRC, it was Scalia’s request they not accompany him
Not true.
Since Sep 5, 2015
That would be blithering idiot n00b ... notice the smell? It ain't ripe yet.
My God. Do you honestly think a Supreme Court Justice is going to publicly call for an investigation? If any of them had concerns they would express those concerns in private.
I’m aware of that now.
Thanks. I usually check but that one got away from me. We are infested.
