Was Justice Scalia murdered? Forget "conspiracy theory." This is real.

Let's jump right in with quotes from the Washington Post, 2/15, Conspiracy theories swirl around the death of Antonin Scalia. The Post published extraordinary statements from the Facebook page of "William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police":

"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia."

"You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?"

"How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack..."

Nothing changes.

IMO, that is where you lose the argument. The nation is under siege by political forces that intend to "remake" our nation. O has loaded the USSC with like-minded justices and is bent on doing so yet again to facilitate that remaking. Much of the nation does not trust its R political opposition to effectively restrain O's efforts. Scalia's demise could well push that loading beyond the tipping point and with far reaching consequences.

Some Americans need a wake-up call. Conclusive autopsy findings of murder might provide just that. In the absence of such a finding, many Americans would be satisfied just knowing the situation was not accelerating out of control.

He may have died by natural causes, maybe not. My question is this: why do controversial deaths, heart attacks, suicides, falling off balconies, plane crashes, etc. always end up being beneficial to Democrats? Can someone name just one instance when someone’s death was a strategic loss to the Dems? I’m just curious.

Obviously an investigation, autopsy and tox screen should be done.

To those posters that mock anyone that thinks an investigation is needed:

How do you know that he had heart issues? Due to confidentiallity and HIPPA his medical history has not been released.

I have seen no evidence that he was ever examined by a physician.

Why the haste to embalm?

Has the pillow on the face been confirmed?
Reports are all over the board about that.

I have read “pillow on his head”. I frequently sleep
with one atop my head and pull the edge down just over my eyes. Particularly if napping during daylight hours.

Yes its silly...but look at the progression of errors here. It wasn’t handled well, and there were conflicting reports (from the very people who are supposed to certify the cause of death) about how he died. Of course there are conspiracy theories.

Its just a good old fashioned fuster cluck.

Well, one thing is for certain. All any nefarious types would have to do is peruse this site and they’d say, “Yeah, let’s do it, they’ll cover for us until the end”.

The first part of this clip addresses the position of the pillow. Doesn’t sound like it was over his face. Sounds like it was “over his head” as in above his head, toward the headboard.

I agree with you until it said the Judge talked to Scalia’s personal doctor and the Scalia had an MRI last week.

He had a MRI of his shoulder.

Also didn't Scalia go hunting that day too. Could be a lot of exertion for a over weight man in his late 70s.

79 years old. He beat the odds making it that long.

The simple fact is that autopsies are the exception, not the rule. Unless there is some other evidence of foul play, there isn’t any reason to order an autopsy for a 79 year old man who dies in his sleep.

If you knew even a little bit you would know that one can open the closed mouth of a dead person and gasses will escape which can be telltale of different poisons, even an hour after the person stops breathing. The lungs do not collapse instantly to alveoli against alveoli.

Those are been good points to consider that you brought up.
One think that’s weird is why in the world would the family “agree” to forego an autopsy for Justice Scalia?
Wouldn’t their nine kids, and his wife want to know what finally killed their beloved dad?
Who could possibly motivate all of them to shut up, and why?
This is so screwed up, that’s why such controversy has risen.

One thing for sure. Conservatives better get effective persuasive communicating to Americans what’s at stake for preserving All aspects of Freedoms, speech, bearing arms, property, privacy, and states rights.
The tea parties haven’t been rising to occassion.
We better do something Fast, before all is lost!

Don’t know.

Homicide was never ruled out, so it’s an open question.
