20 years ago, my wife gave away my carboy and put dog food in my ABS plastic bucket that I did my first ferments in. I have constantly reminded her of that violation. This Christmas, she bought two brew kits for me. So of course, I had to try it out right away.
I did a kit for a Honey Brown Ale - Similar to Newcastle. Yesterday, I cracked open a bottle with friends.
Ale = a Man’s drink
Pilsner = Gatorade.

My hat’s off to you.
Beer sounds like a lot of work compared to wine.

I love my apfelwine though.
Ok, while your young and lucky, crank up the alcohol content. Sweeten just before capping.
I have a cider working right now using a kit called “FastFerment”. Seems to be working great so far. The plan is to start getting into meads next.
Take a look at the FastFerment kit http://www.fastbrewing.com/products/fastferment. Makes brewing as easy as it can get.
Will do.
Yes I was in charge of the list for awhile. I just transferred it to Freeper taxcontrol. BTW taxcontrol please add me to the end of that list.
Way to go!
Have several gallons of mead currently brewing. Make ginger ale, will try ginger beer soon, want to try to make some Smreka, fermented juniper berry juice
