A Merry Preppers Christmas and to all a GOOD fight! ;-)
And a Very Merry Christmas, Kart!
I hope Santa can still make it in to your compound tonight! :-) Merry Christmas!
I have lost track of all my prepping. Is there or can we do a prepping 101 for beginners so that I can get back on track?
Links and info would be VERY appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Someone’s daughter (it was mentioned on C2C) does basically radiologic-epidomology studies for a university and studied the results of above ground nuclear tests.
She found the one of the creatures with practically all time record radiation immunity was...
the common chicken!
So I would probably trade the pigs for some chickens, but that’s just me!
Sounds like a good way to start the new year.
Me I think we will need bacon in the coming fight so I stick with having some swine on the list.
I’m an egg man, myself!!
BTW, Have a Merry, Merry Christmas! To you and all my FReeper friends!
Besides I missed the “three laying hens” so I guess we’re good!
;-)
My initial prepping was a bunch of canned goods in 2009. I'm going to go through my stuff in January and toss stuff that is way past expiration and replace it with the freeze dried equivalent. After my initial prepping I did the long term stuff so I do have a lot of that, but I need to clean up my space for more.
Merry Christmas, Kartographer!
Will we have a preppers’ new year’s resolutions thread?
Thanks for all the great prepper posts over the last year!
Now if Santa would on;ly get here safely with that load of new prepper supplies.....
I’m jealous of you with your true love.
I’m guessing she requested tp so y’all are covered.
good one! Love it.
Merry Christmas, Thank you for running the proper ping list.
I was adding up all the fowl in the original version just last night. Every day more is added, until there are twelve partridges, twenty-two turtle doves, thirty French Hens, etc. Wow, that’s a lot of guano don’tchaknow! And with thirty-six calling birds, who can sleep!
missing
13 days of bourbon
I need to make sure that I have all of my bases covered and probably go through my inventory to see if anything is out of date or needs improvement.
I remodeled an old closet this past summer and made it into a pantry. I have saved a lot of money my doing that. I have two teenage boys and found cans of Chef Boy R Dee for .16 a can. I ended up buying close to 100. I doubt I have half that now.
Birds, everywhere!
