How much better would Ted Cruz be as a President if he had four years being the apprentice to Donald Trump? It is likely that Ted is smarter than Donald, but Donald has shown that he knows how to hire and work with people who are smarter than he is. Let’s face it. The GOPee is contemptuous of Ted Cruz, but they are scared to death of Donald Trump. The combination would be simply breathtaking, and that is what we need if this country is to survive as founded.
Cruz for me, because the 1st amendment matters. All of it. Including the Freedom of Religion. I’ll vote for Trump if it comes down to it, but I don’t like the way he reacted to the Kim Davis controversy.
I don't want another ‘politician’ in the White House, nor do I want someone that won't do anything....we put Republicans in office in the House of Representatives and The Senate and what have we got for it? NOTHING!!! They have let obuma have everything he wanted and then some...obuma has done more damage to America than anyone or anything since She was founded...and for 7 years we have had nothing but poor health care, higher taxes, no budget, more illegal immigrants on food stamps, housing and health care than ever before and he has another year to go...
If the spineless sissies in the House and Senate would have done their jobs, we would have had obuma and Hillary on treason charges and impeached, but no one had the balls to do it then and no one has the balls to do it now...
A ‘politicians’ job is to get re-elected, and the only time you hear from them is when they sugar you up and promise you the stars, moon and beyond to get your vote which doesn't mean a thing to them except get them back to Washington D.C. to be re-elected again....it's time this stops!!!

National sovereignty is the number one issue for a large number of people. The question isn’t who is more conservative for them so much as, who do they believe is serious about securing our sovereignty. Trump and Cruz are the only people on that list, and its a judgement call which one is more determined.
My view is that they may well, in the end, be a team. If Cruz leads, he won’t pick Trump as his running mate, and Trump wouldn’t accept. But if Trump leads, he would pick Cruz and Cruz would accept. And they would be an awesome team.

That's great if all you care about is conservatism. I'm more concerned about taking this country back from the progressive jerks, and sticking a fork in their PC eyes, and the RINO's too. I've supported Cruz financially, the only candidate to date, but when push comes to shove I'll advocate for Trump over Cruz. Why? Because he's an anathema to the left. He is everything they hate. Cruz is a close 2nd, mind you, in that category, but not A#1, Trump is because he calls them out, lacks etiquette and couth, and most importantly, gets coverage and fights back. While I care greatly about Cruz, I liken Cruz to Trump as I do Carson to Cruz, a nice guy, but not in these times of reestablishing this republic. This is all out war, and I'm not hiring the 2nd best lawyer (figuratively) to get the job done. Reagan was an actor, but right for the times. Trump is one too, and also right for the times. IMHO. I think Trump voters are both conservatives and populists. The neat trick will be for Cruz to convince the conservatives to come home and leave the populism to wither of its own accord. Not easy.
And, let’s do take populism if necessary to stick it to the gope/uniparty.
Trump needs Cruz, Cruz needs Trump...Together they win and if they are convinced by outsiders to attack each other...we all lose.

Who can beat Clinton, not whether the revolution will be televised by Trump or Cruz...
A Trump / Cruz ticket seems to have a much better chance than a Cruz / Trump or a Rubio ticket...to beat Clinton...
Trump will pull in a number of non republicans...that simply will not vote for Clinton...
Cruz unless something radically changes will not get the crossover votes he needs to win...
Personally, I’d prefer a Cruz / Trump ticket since the real fix to America is in the constitution, not deal making...
If we get a Clinton, we are toast and there is no return..
It may already be too late any way...
I will support Trump or Cruz but favor Trump because he is more likely to get it done as President than Cruz. Your anti-Trump stuff is not worth commenting on.
