On the day Donald Trump announced his candidacy we stated everything would change. A few days later we predicted he would skyrocket to the top of the polls. Many people dismissed that prediction because much like the elites amid the DC Beltway they have been tuned in to an entirely divergent world of politics filled with shiny things and distractions….
Six months earlier, when we outlined the road map created for Jeb Bush, no-one, literally no-one, was paying much attention.
Next we combined the unexpected rise of Trump with the GOPe road map, and stated clearly and directly that Trump represented a real and existential threat to the professional political apparatus who have carried out the wants-and-needs of Wall Street for three election cycles.
We stated the Industrial Machine that is the modern GOPe will NEVER accept Donald Trump.
We also clearly stated the existential threat that Donald Trump represents will lead to legions of GOPe Republicans supporting Hillary Clinton.
Yes Alice, there is an entire stratosphere of inter-connected alliances who would much rather have Hillary Clinton in office than face the very real possibility of Donald Trump who is singularly focused on what is in America’s best interests.
To give you an idea of who specifically exists in this realm of influence there is one key and current litmus test available for the intellectual reader:
⦠Think carefully about who told you, and/or continues to tell you, that the Citizens United SCOTUS decision was in our best interests. Who sells that absolute false foundational point? The person selling you that position has a vested interest as above.
Anyone, and I do mean A.N.Y.O.N.E., telling us -or an audience- that the Citizens United decision was a good thing, is part of the GOPe propaganda machine. Period. That’s both the easiest and quickest way to define them.
Also, think about this carefully – Faced with Trump -vs- Clinton: Who’s victory would Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin view as being in their best financial interests?
If you don’t have fires, you don’t need firemen; and “if it doesn’t bleed, it doesn’t lead”. Do you remember Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin being valuable before Obama?… Think carefully – Think factually – Think honestly. Now you see why this was needed.
Did CPAC have great attendance when George W. Bush was in office, or was/is sell-out attendance based on President Obama in office.
Donald Trump is an existential threat to much more than dependent liberalism. Trump also represents a threat well beyond the globalists and the billionaire influencers of policy, politics and national activity.
Those of you who are now reading here with eyes-wide-open will fully comprehend that we haven’t seen anything yet. There are trillions of dollars at stake and every aspect around this presidential race is filled with self-interest, this includes the media writ large.
Corporate media have a vested interest in the destruction of Donald Trump on behalf of their ownership. Conservative media, some corporate like Salem Media inc, also have a vested self-interest in the destruction of Donald Trump on behalf of their finances.
Ideologically it’s the perfect storm of parasites: Leftists, Collectivists, Globalists, Brangelina Peaceniks, Wall Street, Corporate Media and Conservative Media all with better forward outlook if they can just eliminate Donald Trump.
U.S. Chamber of Commerce Tom Donohue spent over $20 million, in just the Senate, in a six month period, just to get TPP on the docket – * facilitated by Ted Cruz and the glorious “fast-track” rider within TPA (trade promotion authority) Cruz constructed for him.
How much do you think Donohue will spend to keep it there and keep it viable?
$50 million ? $500 million ?
And where do you think these Globalists will spend this money? The job on K-Street is done, votes have already been purchased. There is only one real risk – there is only one “existential threat”.
Trillions are at stake on that single agenda item alone. 40% of the entire globe’s production of goods is involved, and if China and Russia join (which looks likely) then the numbers increase exponentially.
Most people have no idea what TPP is all about. TPA authorization allowed congress to ratify a stealth treaty. “Fast Track”, a rider within TPA, drops the approval threshold to a simple majority – This was the contribution of Senator Ted Cruz.
Remember, even the broad strokes were kept secret, under lock and key, and congressional staffers were not allowed to accompany their boss into the room where it was allowed to be “read only” before the TPA vote.
TPP was kept completely secret – and TPA means only an up-down vote by Congress, with no modification, is allowed. The White House released the 5,544-page text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership The agreement involves 12 countries and comprises nearly 40 percent of global economic output.
Most people, including congress critters, donât have the will to read this monstrosity. However, there is a a Synopsis FROM THE US GOVERNMENT. Even that synopsis has it’s nasty surprises. Let’s pull out some of the issues:
ENVIRONMENT – As home to a significant portion of the worldâs people, wildlife, plants and marine species, TPP Parties share a strong commitment to protecting and conserving the environment, including by working together to address environmental challenges, such as pollution, illegal wildlife trafficking, illegal logging, illegal fishing, and protection of the marine environmentâ¦.
They reaffirm their commitment to implement the multilateral environmental agreements (MEAs) they have joined. The Parties commit to provide transparency in environmental decision-making, implementation and enforcementâ¦..
Finally, the Parties commit to cooperate to address matters of joint or common interest, including in the areas of conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity, and transition to low-emissions and resilient economies.
THE TEETH! – Unlike some other treaties the TPP has enforcement. Worse, as can be seen if you read between the lines it has ENFORCEMENT FOR OTHER TREATIES!
The Guardian says this about the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement:
Leading arbitration lawyer, George Kahale (chairman of Curtis, Mallet-Provost, Colt & Mosie LLP, an international law firm) says there are critical loopholes in the Trans-Pacific Partnershipâs investment chapter that leave Australia wide open:
[…] an MFN clause is tantamount to a classic wipeout move. It would enable foreign corporations from TPP states to make a claim against Australia based on the ISDS provisions in any other trade deal Australia has signed, no matter which country it was signed with.
That means it does not matter how carefully the TPP is drafted: foreign investors can cherrypick another treaty Australia has signed, and sue the Australian government based on the provisions included in that treatyâ¦..â (link)
If you go back to the official US Government synopsis we find:
DISPUTE SETTLEMENT – The Dispute Settlement chapter is intended to allow Parties to expeditiously address disputes between them over implementation of the TPP.
[…] TPP Parties aim to have these disputes resolved through impartial, unbiased panels.
[…] hearings will be open to the public unless the disputing Parties otherwise agree, and the final report presented by panels will also be made available to the public. Panels will consider requests from non-governmental entities located in the territory of any disputing Party to provide written views regarding the dispute to panels during dispute settlement proceedings.
Should consultations fail to resolve an issue, Parties may request establishment of a panel, which would be established within 60 days after the date of receipt of a request for consultations or 30 days after the date of receipt of a request related to perishable goods.
Panels will be composed of three international trade and subject matter experts independent of the disputing Parties, with procedures available to ensure that a panel can be composed even if a Party fails to appoint a panelist within a set period of time. These panelists will be subject to a code of conduct to ensure the integrity of the dispute settlement mechanism.
[…] The final report must be presented no later than 30 days after the presentation of the initial report and must be made public within 15 days, subject to the protection of any confidential information in the report.
To maximize compliance, the Dispute Settlement chapter allows for the use of trade retaliation (e.g., suspension of benefits), if a Party found not to have complied with its obligations fails to bring itself into compliance with its obligations.
[…] Before use of trade retaliation, a Party found in violation can negotiate or arbitrate a reasonable period of time in which to remedy the breachâ¦.
So it looks like we got their globalist climate treaty only they called it the Trans-Pacific Partnership treaty.
Well, according to TPP anything agreed on and signed by President Obama in Paris is then enforceable under THIS TPP TREATY.
All of the candidates with red circles are specifically on record supporting TPP; or they have participated in the legislative process to specifically advance TPP.
Within those two answers you’ll discover why the media is hell-bent on his destruction, and massive segments of middle America are fighting on his behalf.
*Currently on leave from Goldman Sachs – While on the Council of Foreign Relations HEIDI S. CRUZ completed a task force report on Building a North American Global Community – she was also an energy investment banker with Merrill Lynch in Houston, Texas. She served in the Bush White House under Dr. Condoleezza Rice as the Economic Director for the Western Hemisphere at the National Security Council, as the Director of the Latin America Office at the U.S. Treasury Department, and as Special Assistant to Ambassador Robert B. Zoellick, U.S. Trade Representative. Prior to government service, Mrs. Cruz was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan in New York City.
Just a Reminder, this is an insurgency. â The modern enemy of Wall Street is Donald Trump and a group of Main Street vulgarians. The enemy of the RNC/GOPe is not Democrats, itâs those same grassroots conservatives, more main street vulgarians.
The Republican Party, and the Republican media apparatus, view us as their enemy. We are the enemy they need to protect themselves from:
In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each stateâs delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate.
States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winner-take-all states.
Thatâs important because another RNC rule change requires that a candidate must win a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
With 18 GOP presidential candidates, for now, it will be that much harder for any candidate to win a majority in any state, let alone eight. (Article July 2015)
Now, ask yourself, why would the RNC want to âstymie a movement candidateâ? Who exactly does that benefit? Obviously, the ânon-movementâ candidate, ie âthe turtleâ.
Isnât the entire reason for campaigning in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina etc. to make a movement/momentum?
In addition Rule #40 changed in 2014 from previously five needed state wins, to a newer threshold of eight (8):
Officially, itâs Rule 40 in the RNC handbook and it states that any candidate for president âshall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of eight (8) or more statesâ before their name is presented for nomination at the national convention. (article March 2014)
Again, ask yourself who does this benefit? A candidate can win seven states outright, and still not have their name presented for nomination?
These rules were made/affirmed in 2014 â Who or what exactly was the GOP concerned about blocking in 2016 that would necessitate such rules? When combined with other rule changes you can clearly identify a consolidation of power within the RNC apparatus intentionally constructed to stop the candidate of the GRASSROOTS from achieving victory.
That was a huge red flag for me too.....Cruz vs Sessions.....I respect Sessions way too much to not take his side
AMEN on that statement!!!
GO TRUMP GO!!!
You’re welcome. Thank you for your kind reply.
Me?
GO TRUMP GO!!!
Yep!
.....that clinched it for me!
Just reading through the happy horseshat...easy to see this is posted to divide and conquer...sorry you do not see this, read between the lines and put your horse to the side while doing so.
Actually and ea
It’s you spout utter nonsense and seek to confuse fellow freepers. This piece is despicable.
I read between all of the lines, from multiple sources, thanks.
You have no idea what I see, or don’t see, antceecee.
You are certainly entitled to your opinions, but don’t try to push them as fact.
Just to come out and brand myself...I am a Trump & Cruz supporter. Some here need to stop devouring those who may help their guy get across the finish line. This post is complete unsubstantiated crap. If you think this helps get your guy elected you will be one sorry RINO next November.
I’ll stay at home and get drunk before I vote for Jeb.
BTTT
You battle with many someone’s like myself who just might support your candidate...piss them off and they will NEVER do so. Keep it up and you might well destroy your candidate... MSM is counting on just that! They are playing chess whilst you play checkers.
I posted this thread. Are you accusing me of trying to “divide and conquer”? If so, what’s your proof?
As far as I’m concerned people can make of the article what they want.
I think the article is informative and I like the website.
I also support both Trump and Cruz, although Trump is my first choice.
None of that makes me a subversive as you suggest.
Oh, okay. Right ;-)
That post just made my day ;-)
(And, I’m not even a drinker :)
The article as you call it is an opinion piece and disparages conservatives.
That’s why I included “and comments” and “a bit” disappointed in my #15 post.
I’m for Cruz, but love what Trump is doing. By now, I’d have turned off politics for a year with Jeb. as the frontrunner.
I’ve got no problem with CT and Sundance and its commenters being predominately pro-Trump, I just tire of the bashing of Cruz and anybody who doesn’t have a Trump bumpersticker on their forehead.
Just as I sometimes tire of those with TDS or CDS here at FR
“(And, I’m not even a drinker :)”
Me neither, but I’ll make an exception for Jeb(!).
My take on 2 wins by Obuma can be attributed to Iraq war fatigue by most Americans. It was not so much pro-Obuma, but rather for anyone willing to end the war in Iraq.
