I'm a Tea Partier. I detest Obama and the Progressive hoard that has Washington, DC and large portions of America in a death grip. So why don't I like Donald Trump?
Honestly, sometimes I wonder what the hell is wrong with me these days. Why can't I get on the bandwagon along with so many others with whom I agree about most everything? ...
So what's the problem with Trump? In a nutshell: judgment, or rather a deficit of it, which in turn ought to make reasonable people otherwise inclined to agree with him to perhaps, think a bit harder about the consequences of their support for him in a precarious and dangerous world ...

That is the definition of the word, 'liar'.
Who do you truly believe is more conservative...Trump or Cruz?
Bonehead and McConnell and the GOPe’s don’t bother you now?
Obama did indeed steer clear of specifics. Apart from promising to spread the wealth around and to fundamentally change America, he really was just hope and change.
Trump wrote a policy manifesto four years ago that lays out a wealth of specifics, every single one of them conservative. He’s been following up with position papers, all detailed and all conservative. He is liberal on Kelo, which is an issue. But he’s conservative elsewhere, so as with all candidates, it’s a tradeoff.

Sorry, ignorant Red Herring.

Ted is still my first choice (at this point)... second choice would be a write-in vote for the Laz/humblegunner '16 ticket, third would be Carson (unsure though... too milquetoast... I prefer a candidate that I could hear saying the F word), fourth would be The Donald.
Just a very likely true observation.
And no ignorance to it.

Go back to your sixpack of Long Island Iced Teas.
You must be almost done with #5, judging by your comment.

You got a sixpack too?
What a coincidence.

It’s Ivanka, yes, but I don’t know whether she’s the businesswoman or the bimbo, LOL.
I see your point about the kids. But Trump himself is a Democrat and admitted as much in July. I’ve never liked nor trusted him and I haven’t seen any reason to change my mind about him.
That's reasonable, but I must quibble with a just a few little things: I'm not sure he's demonstrated that he is a good listener, and I think his instincts are reflexively liberal all too often...all too often willing to use big government to do great things. Having said that, there's little else I disagree with in your post.
in other words, you’re a single issue voter. That’s fine, I guess.....not my cup of tea to ever be that......but at least we now know where you’re coming from.
He’s a liberal at heart, even with this conservative mask affixed, he’s still happy either statism and corporatism. I won’t vote for trump.

People that understand what this country is up against simply cannot stomach Trump, or any of the other phonies.
Obviously a waste of time trying to explain it to you.
People with egos as large as Donald's aren't always good at following through with what they start.
After all this talk about narcissistic politicians (Clinton, Obama, etc.) it's hard to say that it simply doesn't matter -- that it's okay if you like the guy.
It's also clear that a long-time Manhattanite isn't going to have his heart in what most regard as the conservative agenda.
I can live with that, I guess, but it sounds like a lot of people don't realize that and build unrealistic expectations around Trump.
Finally, before Donald became a politician, it was pretty common to laugh at his excessive behavior. It wasn't political and it can be hard to turn off.
I may end up voting for Trump, but those are the reasons why I don't feel that comfortable with him as a candidate or president and why I'm not his #1 fan yet.

Feeling smug today, are we?
Or, maybe every day?
Obviously a waste of time trying to explain it to you.
Here is an idea. Instead of racing around the board to scream bile at everyone who doesn't support anyone other then your chosen candidate, how about you try to make a case FOR your candidate instead?
