It has been building upon itself longer than most can remember. It is an anger that is out there, well beyond the visible boundary. This cannot be seen, it is felt looming with certainty. It is a cold, watchful and mostly private anger .
something is more serious about this type. Deeper than hot anger, which attracts the brief attention of the media. This rage needs no further discussion amid those who carry it It just is.
.The depth of this is far greater than has been seen before. A rage deeper than deliberate and more serious than mere resolve or purpose. There will be no quarter from this storm, no harbor worth finding.
Sounds like peach or howlin wrote it.
I’m heading to Texas as soon as I can.
As interesting as riding it out here might be, I’m fearfully outnumbered.
You really dont want those guys to decide that the only way to fix it is to burn it down and start over
I came to that decision about 18 months ago. I'm just waiting for somebody that I know is not a federal informant to say it out loud where I can hear it and then add "Follow Me!".
You’ll not be alone.
Can it happen here? Might it happen soon?

What our would-be tyrants risk with their appetites...
"Beyond anger lies fury... and beyond that ... lies the region of cold and utterly uncaring indifference."
They're going to get everything that's coming to them.
The Coming Storm
Posted by Sgt. Mom on September 19th, 2015 (All posts by Sgt. Mom)
Its one of those things that one becomes aware of as a blogger, over time. The internet is like a vast ocean, with weird currents, storms and agitations in far corners that eventually send out waves and ripples that travel across wide spaces and eventually turn up crashing into the shore of awareness. Many moons ago, as time is counted in internet years, the ruckus over the fraudulent documents presented in a 60 Minutes/Dan Rather expose broadcast on the eve of the 2004 election created one of those far-rippling storms. So did the fracas generated by the Swift Boat veterans, when it turned out that despite John Kerrys attempt to campaign as a sort of studly Dudley Do-Right Vietnam veteran, those who served with him in-theater viewed him as more of a Frank Burns/Eddie Haskell figure, and were not afraid to say so in whatever small-media or internet venue would give them the time of day. Yes, eventually the whole issue crashed ashore on the Island of Major Media Awareness.
Ever since then, I am of the notion that it pays to keep an eye out for those interesting ripples, especially when those on the Island of Major Media Awareness seem most determined to avert their eyes. I very much suspect that a lot of ordinary news-consumers are not ignoring these concerns. Look at how many people turned out for Chic-Fil-A appreciation day, having got the word through blogs and social media.
So I have my eye out for ripples. One of them was this, posted at Sarah Hoyts place; a guest-post by another writer, who does have a day-job involving much traveling.
On the drive to and from the East Coast, I paid attention to the billboards and bumper-stickers. Folks, the people in Fly over country are PISSED, from the guy that guides hunters, to the mayors of towns and cities, to state senators congressmen and Governors who are voting to arrest and imprison federal law enforcement officials for enforcing federal gun laws that dont agree with state law The political pendulum has never, in the history of humanity, stayed on one side of a swing. The back lash from over reach has always been proportionate to how far off center it went before coming back right now were staring at a whole hell of a lot of the country (about 80-90% of the land mass, as well as about 50% of the population) that is FED UP. You really dont want those guys to decide that the only way to fix it is to burn it down and start over
I found his observations interesting, especially as he seemed startled at how vehement the people were that he talked to, and observed, out in the center-continent weeds, away from the Island of Major Media Awareness.
Another such ripple was observed here, by Neo-neocon not the story itself (which did float up to the awareness of a denizen of the Island of Major Media Awareness). The story itself as written became one of those exercises in hand-wringing over the plight of a poor, pitiful victim, intended to invite an outpouring of sympathetic comment from readers but as far down as Neo and I read the comments, they were very much otherwise. The commenters were spitting-nails angry over the fraud perpetrated by the subject of the story an illegal alien woman arrested at her Ob-gyn, for presenting forged ID. Neo-neocon wrote;
The articles commenters are not in agreement with these sentiments, to say the least. Every single comment I read expressed outrage. Of course, I certainly havent read them all; there are over 5,000 as I write this. But every single one I read seemed to come from a person who was breathing fire.
[. . .]
What about the rights of the person whose SS numbers shes illegally using? The economic and physical hardship they are enduring with their credit being destroyed and flagged as fraudulent? What about the rights of the thousands involved in accidents with illegals using fake IDs and no insurance? The need of a law abiding citizen who may have to be forced to forgo medical care because they now have to pay for it themselves, and the economic ramifications it has on all our insurance costs? What are the rights of the woman who may have been turned away from this medical office because this woman took her place on the patient roll call?
What about the national security ramifications of people walking around with fake government papers, using our resources and having the ability to access secured facilities with ease?
You are a disgrace to journalism with a one sided article somehow ignoring all the people who suffer and will potentially suffer because of those who are breaking the law and committing fraud. This far outweighs the medical needs of those who can find care in their legal homes of origin should they need it.
The article, with its undocumented this and undocumented that, highlights the rift between the MSM and the people. The MSM and the left has been pushing the narrative that such a woman is a victim (complete with crying children) rather than a perpetrator. But the vast majority of readers arent buying it for an instant.
This morning, I see another such interesting ripple, in the imbroglio regarding The View a program that I have never watched, and have no particular interest in watching, and only hear about at second hand. It would appear that certain hosts of the show had some rather catty remarks to make about nurses, and the predictable wrath descending from a significant audience segment has caused no less than five major commercial sponsors of The View to pull their advertising. Too late the apology from Joy Behar for off-the-cuff remarks that might have passed relatively unnoticed in the past. I suspect that her words were just another spark that fell into the dry tinder of audience anger.
And the anger is out there, certainly. It is a cold, watchful and mostly private anger, however not the hot anger which erupts in riots and arson and looting, and which attracts the brief attention of the Island of Major Media Awareness. These ripples that I have listed and I am certain there are others are subtle signs of that cold anger, an anger too quiet for our major media organs to notice, save perhaps on those occasions when their comment threads explode.
Discuss.
I hope so, but I doubt it. Americans know nothing about the Constitution but they know they love their stuff.
I’m praying that Donald Trump is sincere. If he turns into just another Judas Goat, given the amount of anger and frustration out here, “they” (and we all know who “they” are) WILL NOT be able to contain what happens next. There will be BIG TROUBLE!!
This comment from Conservative Treehouse is close:
Maybe people are approaching the feelings of Todd Beamer on Flight 93 and are just waiting for somebody to utter Are you guys ready? Lets roll.
I’m ready. I’m trying to figure out how a successful revolution is begun and won. I’m in a rage most days. I’m told others are as well though I don’t see much of it. If there was as much rage as I feel the streets would not be safe for any politican.
I have sweet visions of the feral gubment being destroyed.
From the source:

Let me say that again: “You really don’t want those guys to decide the onloy way to fix it is to BURN IT DOWN and start over...”
Better to BURN IT DOWN than to live with it like it is and in slavery. I say BURN THE WHOLE DAMN MESS of the feral gubment to the ground!!!
Think about it, a recall of VW diesels that WERE TESTED BY THE EPA because they don’t satisfy their own emissions requirements!!!! Who suffers? VW and the workers in Tennesses and the owners of the cars. What are the EPA fools going to do when the car owners don’t get the recall work done? Come get the cars? I don’t think so.
Try this one as well: “ are subtle signs of that cold anger, an anger too quiet for our major media organs to notice, save perhaps on those occasions when their comment threads explode.” My rage is so cold I am now heartless. I will cross the street so I don’t have to face an alien or a taker. I do it for my own protection. My emotions are just hardly in check.
“Beware the Fury of a Patient Man”
Theoretically speaking, I like the idea!
AMEN Brother!
AMEN. Burn it down is the answer.
Those on the edges, the parts of our culture where freedom is a fundamental part of life, where you don't need a building permit to put up a shed or a permit to cut down a tree, or who remember sending an order form and a check in the mail to buy a firearm, noticed long ago as these things changed.
Those who surrendered freedom for the convenience of living in town have felt the walls closing in as rule and regulation and reams of code have nibbled away at Liberty from every direction, much of it spurred by Federal edict or conditions placed on funding to build roads or other infrastructure, but some of it from as far away as the UN with its Agenda 21. We ceded no Rights to any international body, as such would be folly indeed, nor did we give our permission for our servants to do so.
We have seen the transition in my lifetime from kerosene lamps, outhouses, and wood stoves to tyranny based on "sustainability".
We used to be careful what we said because you didn't know who might be listening in on the party line, now you consider toeing the Party Line because you know the government is listening in.
But, even worse, Every April, or every quarter, or every paycheck, we see the resources we could use taken by a government which lies to us and uses those resources to support others or programs which are acting contrary to our interests.
We call or write, and nothing is done, often even no response because our representatives have been co-opted by the Leviathan inside the Beltway.
People we did not elect, and had no say in their employment, daily make new rules for us to live (or not live) by, extending their reach into our bathrooms, light sockets, diet, and every low spot in our yards and fields--and THREATEEN us with fines, loss of property, or incarceration for being stewards of the very resources The Almighty granted us to use.
We are told we will give generously, whether we can reconcile the 'cause' with the teachings of Scripture, whether the edicts we are told we must follow make any sense in even the most contorted of worldviews.
And we are told we are stupid for not admiring the emperor's new clothes when it is obvious to us that he stands naked.
Worse yet, those mass delusions which are used to denigrate our intelligence are used as a basis for yet more regulation and an excuse to deprive us of even more resources ad infinitum.
When the end comes, if there is no peaceful resolution, it will not resemble the American Revolution except, perhaps, at the onset. The denouement will closer resemble The Terror following the French Revolution, as those who have been the oppressors within are ferreted out and their matters resolved.
Yes, the storm is gathering.
These clouds have been building for decades, from the first wisps to the looming supercells of today.
Either our servants who would deem themselves our masters repent and reverse direction, or the storm will break with unimaginable fury.
I think we have been patient far too long. The time for waiting is expired.
The obongo pokes in our eyes will get more frequent and more outrageous.
Announce that "Dancing with the Stars" will not be broadcast anymore. The show will become a pay-per-view
I am tired of talk. I want to see politicians drug into the streets and beat to bloody pulps with clubs. The only thing that should be left to their fleeting memory is buzzard food.
I hope you are right, that the denouement is near and that it happens the way you suggest.
A lawyer suggested to sue someone the other day and I told him the amount was not enough to satisfy me. When I told him it was not money that I want I think he got scared. I’m that outraged these days.
I have written almost this very same thing:
We call or write, and nothing is done, often even no response because our representatives have been co-opted by the Leviathan inside the Beltway.
People we did not elect, and had no say in their employment, daily make new rules for us to live (or not live) by, extending their reach into our bathrooms, light sockets, diet, and every low spot in our yards and fields—and THREATEEN us with fines, loss of property, or incarceration for being stewards of the very resources The Almighty granted us to use.
We used to say back home to never pick a fight with an old man because he has little to lose and he’ll just kill you if he can and leave you in the ditch.
BUMP!
Any little thing now will spark this off. Any little thing at all. I’m too old to give a damn about the odds anymore. And I think I’ll take a grim satisfaction in it. I might even laugh maniacally a time or two. BTW, good to see you around...
Rudyard Kipling had the right of it
THE WRATH OF THE AWAKENED SAXON
by Rudyard Kipling
It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.
They were not easily moved,
They were icy willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.
Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not suddendly bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.
