Just a non-racist observation, but in college (I went to state), whenever someone arrived to class late, over 75% of the time it was a black student. And blacks usually made up less than 10% of the class.

“California educational group insists Black culture does not include working hard and being on time.”
Black culture doesn’t HAVE to include working hard and being on time; it already includes getting the government to tax those who embody those virtues and pass the cash around.

“Black culture” is a false construct created by the progressives to separate America.

They would have been on more solid ground if they said “Liberal culture” doesn’t include wanting to work or being on time. I’ll nominate several of my white-as-a-sheet relatives as prime examples.

PEG tells teachers that Blacks are,
less likely to respond to fundamental ideas like working hard to achieve success, or being on time for school or work
This is known of the "soft bigotry of low expectation."

Working hard and being on-time is a white man’s thing.
Where would they have learned that, a museum?

Are they f...ing kidding me!?...are they insulting all black people as naturally shiftless (BS!)....or saying we allow for blacks to be shiftless because it natural for them?! (Again BS!)
Either way it patronizing insult to both blacks and everyone else for that matter

I knew high achieving, patriotic blacks in the military. Let me tell you, they were completely frustrated and outraged by members of the family or previous friends they encountered when they went home on leave, attended family reunions, or met for holiday events. I heard story after story. Also, when the military member would use proper grammar and demonstrate manners, they said they were jumped on by members of their own family. They said the most common attack was "You think you better than me!?"

Just wait, as La Raza takes over CA, Blacks and whites will not be welcomed there. They might even change the State flag to look similar to the Mexican flag.... it is just a matter of time before every state and federal office holder in CA will be Hispanic.

Saying you can't change the undesirable aspects of a person's culture is asinine and insulting. When I was in the military, no matter what your color, you were on time or else. You completed your assigned tasks or else. Same with the Catholic schools that were run by the nuns.
Until recently, you could often tell if a black person you met had attended a Catholic school. They were punctual, literate, didn't dress like thugs, and were articulate. The sisters wouldn't stand for crap like "Let me axe you a querstion" or "I dranked a coke wiff my Messican food."

URBAN Black culture.
Not all of black culture.
And in the past blacks were uch more integrated into society when they had intact families, before democrwts split them up with feminism and welfare.
