What the heck is a “disputed competition”? Does that mean some of the cartoonists will compete and some won’t? Or will there be some who will simply day “Don’t call it a competition. I dispute that. This is not a competition.”

That section of N Garland Rd in front of Acadamy, Walmart and Hawaiian Falls Water Park is blocked from George Bush to the main part of Garland rd.
They even have the service road of that part of George Bush closed off.
