An alleged street prostitute is being held without bail in the Clark County Jail after was charged with soliciting sex with an add on charge of a violation of Nevada's Hate Crimes Statute when she solicited sex from a "John" who was a policewoman dressed as a Businessman who later identified herself as a lesbian.
The suspect, identified by her street name of "Cherry Blossom" approached the undercover officer and suggested that the two could engage in specific sexual acts in exchange for money. The officer then identified herself as a Lesbian and the suspect then is alleged to have said, "Sorry, I don't service Lesbians." The officer then identified herself as a police officer and arrested the suspect. She has been charged with soliciting sex and an add on-charge of a hate crime violation was added because she refused to service a lesbian.
Cherry Blosssom has received numerous death threats on twitter and social media following her arrest and her attorney indicated that she will obviously have to change her name if and when she is ever released from jail.

Sorry, satire doesn’t work when nothing is beyond the pale.
The scary thing is that the story is believable.
Only when reported by a presstitute.
Somewhere, sometime, somebody has to fight the hate crime charge as unconstitutional. It violates freedom of association, freedom of speech, and I’m sure other parts of the Constitution and Amendments. I’d even chip in to a legal fund for this hooker to fight the charge.

To be sure, it's excellent work. IMO to make satire really pop, you need to bury one unbelievable over-the-top detail in the later parts of the story, after all of the lazy readers have tuned out. I would've named the arresting officer something like "J Reno" to see who's still paying attention!
My screen showed (satire) in the heading at the outset.
How could anyone miss it? Perhaps ‘satire’ is a word not in their vocabulary yet?
In any case, there’s only one thing that makes this believable, and that is that our culture has really gotten that crazy.

I think the Mods put the “satire tag” in the heading. It wasn’t there when I posted it.
The fact that they had to do that shows that the story is plausible.

Yep, I’ll bet the mods did it. Some rule came down not too long ago about satire being labeled as such.
What I couldn’t determine from the story was if Cherry Blossum was an illegal immigrant. That would have presented a dilemma, illegal rights being mentioned numerous times, and lesbian rights being mentioned only 3 or 4 by the Constitutional Convention. Good thing neither claimed in public to be Christians. Religious rights aren’t mentioned anyplace.
I kinda labeled it as "satire." Just not in the headline.

The suspect, identified by her street name of “Cherry Blossom” approached the undercover officer and suggested that the two could engage in specific sexual acts in exchange for money. The officer, identified as Sgt. Janet Reno, then identified herself as a Lesbian.
After she identified herself as a cross dressing lesbian, the suspect then is alleged to have said, “Sorry, honey, I’m a Christian Prostitute. I don’t service Lesbians.”
The officer then identified herself as a police officer and arrested the suspect. She has been charged with soliciting sex and a felony hate crime violation was added because she refused to provide her professional services to a lesbian.
Cherry Blosssom has received numerous death threats on twitter and social media following her arrest and her attorney indicated that she will obviously have to change her name if and when she is ever released from jail.
When asked whether she would also change her sex as part of her identity change, her attorney had no comment. He did indicate, however, that his client obviously couldn’t afford such an operation and her Obamacare policy does have a $10,000 deductible on sex change operations.
A gofundme account has been established to help her to defend herself and to meet bail and pay for her attorney fees.
A separate go fund me account has been set up to help defray the costs of the sex change operation should Ms. Blossom need to go that far to avoid the death threats.
