A SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE REPORT by Major Glenn MacDonald, Editor of MilitaryCorruption.com revealed an American “Dreyfus Affair” taking place in the U.S. Army as Major Erik Burris is railroaded by his former JAG colleagues.
Major MacDonald writes of:

If a tree falls in the forest at midnight, who is there to hear it happen? That’s an unwritten axiom from the public affairs office handbook.
When the Army PAO at Fort Bragg released a terse statement to the media at the conclusion of MAJ Erik Burris’ recent court-martial that the former JAG prosecutor had been found guilty of rape and sentenced to 20 years in prison, they deliberately and deceitfully left out one very important fact.
The JAGs own female investigative officer – LTC Jessica Halling – not only found the major’s accuser – his estranged wife – was “untruthful” and “embellished” her charges, but recommended at the Article 32 (preliminary) hearing that the case NOT proceed to court-martial.
Here is a sample of what she wrote:
“My assessment is that Ms. Burris’ allegations . . . her statements to the CID . . . were driven by a combination of motives. The evidence in the case files and testimony suggests she embellished and made untruthful and/or inconsistent claims . . . her displayed emotion . . . didn’t appear genuine . . . I am left with no other alternative but that Ms. Burris is fabricating her...

Only the part about my Marine son serving a deployment in Iraq as a USMC reservist and about his earning his Marine officer commission and his flight school training and his plans to fly whenever and where ever they need him to fly.

Well being they were married 20 years, she was instilled to half his pension. So if she is lying, she is really stupid because with a felony, he will lose all his pension including her portion.....dumb woman if she is lying.
If unsafe gun storage is a crime I know people who could be receive multiple life sentences.
I hope and pray that someone on President Cruz’s or Scott’s staff is keeping track of these atrocities, purges, and influence from the Muslim regime and will right them.
Judging by the lies she told (still a virgin after being married and divorced, told mom about being raped the day after it happened but the mom denies it, said she had no access to bank account when the records prove she did, etc) I’d say she’s probably stupid enough to also destroy the pension that could have kept her comfortable.
Not as stupid, though, as the people who either believed her lies or chose to sentence a presumbaly-innocent man to 20 years in prison with full knowledge that they were doing so.
This is what happens when evidence is irrelevant. Those who accept that standard will deserve what they get. What’s sad, though, is that those people won’t initially be the ones who get what they have coming. It will initially be the innocent who suffer.
